I want to give zero stars, but can’t. Worst customer service!
I bought this livingsocial deal to get 25 windows washed on 6÷17÷14 and I immediately emailed/​contacted Gordon Wilner to make an appointment for ⁸⁄₅ to get my windows washed which Gordon responded by email on 6÷18÷14 confirming my appointment saying, «August 5^th will do! 2pm»
On 7÷29÷14, I emailed Gordon again to confirm my appointment and asked him if he needed my address? I received NO response… and nobody showed up at my house yesterday 8÷5÷2014 at 2pm!
I originally bought this livingsocial deal back in May of 2014 to get my windows washed. As you can see from pasted emails below, Gordon confirmed that appointment too, even though nobody showed up on 5÷29÷14 either.
After several emails, Gordon finally responded saying he was out-​of-​town and blamed his employees. Then he no longer responded after saying he would wash my windows in early June.
I contacted livingsocial… they tried Gordon’s number and got the «mailbox full» message too. They apologized and refunded my $ 49.
Most probably wonder why I bought the deal again… I figured Gordon was overwhelmed by livingsocial purchases and tried to give him a 2^nd chance and it is a great price… that is why I made the 2^nd appointment a month & a half out, so there’d be no excuses.
As they say, «If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!»

I have tried calling your 469−685−7392 number two days in a row and both times, it’s say’s «sorry, that mailbox is full» which makes me feel this livingsocial deal isn’t legitimate… but after you answered my email confirming you also clean the screens I bought the $ 49 deal.
I call your # again and get the same mailbox full message. I would like to set-​up an afternoon appointment for you to wash 25 of my windows and screens.
