Came here to see an adjuster for an insurance claim and was 30 minutes late because I didn’t know I would have to take a detour because of construction. After driving 30 miles to get here, I walked in and explained to the girl at the front desk why I was late and a guy chimed in from two cubicles over «you’re going to have to reschedule». The girl didn’t even say anything. No «I’m sorry» or let me see what I can do… They obviously don’t understand customer service here. When you are basically hidden on one of the busiest highways in Houston and there is construction out of the wazoo, a company needs to have a plan to accommodate customers or at least show an ounce of compassion toward the situation.
