By the H&M entrance of the mall, the place is very clean, bright, and modestly decorated. I came in on a Sunday afternoon with 3 staff members and 6 guests ahead of me, but my wait time was no more than 20 minutes. Unfortunately, since they were busy, there was no exchange of greetings or acknowledgement, which is a negative issue to me.
The person who worked on me was nice and approachable, not intimidating as I feared. I told her it was my first time, so she went straight to cleaning up my brows-​getting the stray hairs; nothing fancy-​thin, high arches; looks natural. Finished in 5 minutes, looks good (in my opinion), $ 11 seems like a good price for me!

I walked into the store at 5:45, 15 minutes before closing. An employee stopped me at the door and told me they would not take me because they were about to close. Even though they close at six, she said they did not want to take any other customers. She was extremely rude and condescending, and although I have had my eyebrows done at this location several times before, I will never get them done there again.

This is the only place I will ever go to handle my eyebrow grooming!!! If you’re still waxing you need to give this a try. There’s a reason those Indian broads have the most beautiful brows you’ve ever seen.

I had never had my eyebrows threaded before but decided to give this place a shot. I will never wax again. This place was very clean and professional. The beautician was extremely nice and friendly.
For those considering threading, it hurts less or equal to waxing and doesn’t leave your brows super red. It was also much quicker than getting them waxed.

When the lady sat me down, I immediately started telling her that I wanted to keep the shape and just wanted a clean up. She didn’t let me finish what I was saying and instead interrupted me by saying «ya ya ma’am don’t worry» and started threading before I could say anything. She was in a hurry to get my eyebrows and ended up making them very thin and uneven.

I’ve tried this place three times. The first time they barely cleaned my eyebrows, the second time they made them uneven, the third time they made me bleed and now I have to cover up scabs with concealer.
Yes, they are cheap. Yes, they are conveniently located. Other than that, I plan to stay away.

Very poor work, my wife got her eye brows and upper lip threading done and she has got lots of scratches around eyes and lips. They were not apologetic too. Also when we were there we heard them bad mouthing earlier customer who had earlier complained about the service. Please never go to this place!

The first time I was here I really really really was impressed with the gal that did my brows. They had never looked so perfect and even! I wish I had gotten her name because the second time I went back I had a different person do my brows and well, they were even… but she caused me to bleed underneath one of my brows and didn’t bother saying anything about it and I didn’t realize it until after I had left! Also I felt she rushed because once I got in my car to inspect the job done further, she had missed ALOT. I felt pretty duped on that visit. It doesn’t mean I won’t return, because I will… I just won’t have that one lady thread my brows ever again.

I got my eyebrows threaded here the other day and the girl did a great job! I do find it a little weird that it’s at a kiosk in the middle of the mall where people can watch you… but it’s worth it. Only thing not 5 star worthy is the service, but I believe it would be a cultural difference. For $ 11 I’ll be back!

I got my eyebrows done here after a recommendation from a friend. Before coming to shapes I never let anyone touch my eyebrows fearing they would make them super thin. The girls at shapes do an amazing job! I’ve used almost all of the girls who work there for my brows and they do a really great job of evening everything out and making sure I look great.
It’s totally worth the $ 11 for them to do it instead of me messing them up!
UPDATE: I took my husband here after a few weeks of convincing him and made the comment «no jersey shore brows» as he sat down in the chair to be threaded. All of the girls got a laugh out of it but all jokes aside they did an amazing job on his brows. He looks groomed but not over done like a girl. He told me that he really liked the way it looked and would go back again!

I have literally never had a bad experience here. They get it right every time.
I’ve had my brows done at other places and they make them too thin (my brows are already kinda thin naturally) but not this place… somehow they manage to make them look thicker?
Will come here forever. Price wise it isn’t bad and it’s not a painful experience either.
4 stars cause the service is MEH but I can deal with it cause they really know what they’re doing.
