Chuck and his crew were amazing! My mom’s car had overheated down the street at Kroger. When I called to ask about getting it towed to them as it was the closest place, he personally went down to help her to see if he could get her car started so she would not have to pay a tow fee. We found out her radiator had to be replaced along with her brakes (which we already knew.) They called around and got the best deals on parts they could. They also discounted her cost of around $ 400 compared to other places in the area. They are honest and treat each customer as if they were putting their own Mom in the vehicle. Will definitely be spreading the word and returning for any future issues. Thank you again Chuck! God Bless!

Great car repair — 1st time I brought my 2004 malibu they fixed my right blinker that had been burning out for years. That was amazing.
2nd time I needed repair on my air conditioner — they were just wonderful. These folks give you great estimates and treat you right. Forget the dealership — sooo much better going to see Bill and his mechanics.

Chuck, Bill, Mike & the crew did an amazing job replacing my engine in my new 2014 Challenger. (FLOOD DAMAGE) They met with insurance adjuster shipped in brand new V6 3.6L. And did so in timely manner. Real mechanics in a real garage. My car ran perfect from the first test drive… actually a little faster… Varoooom! Thanks so much guys, Jeff

Whenever I move to a new area one of my first tasks is to find a trustworthy mechanic. When I came to Houston it was for a job at the Port. I received a request from the Friendswood Chamber of Commerce to speak to a group of local business people. That is where I met Chuck Conway, the owner of Auto Tech. He invited me to bring my cars by if they needed service. That was 5 years ago. I don’t take my vehicles anywhere else.
I look for honesty and consistency when looking for a mechanic. That’s Chuck and his staff. When the owner takes time to discuss options on a costly repair that is the value for me.
