For the past 25 years, Mr. Herrick has dedicated his law practice to thousands of client to estate planning, probate, wills, trust and disputes. Throughout Minnesota, Mr. Herrick has with clients on all levels from helping prepare living wills and living trust along with ligating probate matters. He has a passion for representing clients who have been deprived or cheated from their expected inheritance and to bringing trustees and executors to justice. As a litigator representing guardians and beneficiaries in complex estate and trust litigations Mr. Herrick also represents fiduciaries in all phases of estate, trust and guardianship administration. His office is highly committed to developing and maintaining a strong relationship with clients with a majority of clients as repeat clients.
