Overall, after visiting stores Nationwide, this has to be the Most Lazy run store I have been to. Witnessed 4 associates having«what are you doing for the holiday«conversation. Asked for assistance, they called for someone else to come help in that department. .never showed. Carts strewn about the parking lot, almost as if placed there as a race track w obstacles all around. But overall, within the store, pushing your cart around… there is No space on the issles. Most HD you can get 2 or even 3 carts wide. Here, I couldn’t being to tell you how many products I had to put Back in place for their issles are TINY. If needbe, looking at googlemaps, I would drive elsewhere

Horrible service! Called them 3 times asking to get transferred to the pro desk for help with an item that was I payed for and wad left by the pro desk checkout. They kept me on hold and kept transferring me over to pro desk over and over for over without anyone there for 17 min until they hung up on me. Second time I call back they kept me on hold for 22 min until someone picked up and told me that everyone was gone from the pro desk. I was better off just driving there and finding that lost item myself instead of calling them… Lost almost 40 min for project work time just trying to get a hold of someone to help me… Pathetic…

Home Depot employees in the door department in friendly Minnesota has no clue on what they are doing. Over the last 8 years and a half I have been a loyal Home Depot customer. I have spend way over $ 15,000.00 at the friendly home depot just in the last year or so, I recently purchased a Anderson screen door for $ 345 + labor which was $ 127.00 I waited 2 weeks to get the door when it finally arrived it was not what I ordered, the Anderson screen door that I bought, I was told it was the best door they carry however, the door is a complete piece of crap. I will never step foot in Fridley Home Depot again, I will take my business to Lowe’s instead. horrible horrible horrible customer service and no loyalty to their customers when it comes to correcting an issue. Fyi stop hiring people that don’t know what the heck they’re doing and have no product knowledge whatsoever. I would give them negative 5 stars if I could.

I usually never write these but I have now been to this location twice in the past 6 months and bot times had such poor customer service that I will never be back. the first time I was there buying new doors for a basement project and asked several(about 4) people to help me. all of them said they were unable to help and none of them offered a solution or to get the person that could help me. all of them walked away without offering me a solution. all of my dealings with these people took about 45 minutes at which time u went to menards up the road and was helped almost instantly and the price was lower. today I was back and entered into the self checkout line with no other customers in front of me. the whole process took at least 20 minutes. the first problem was that there was no sticker on one of the boards we were buying and when we asked the attendant how we could purchase it she said she didn’t know. I understand that it didn’t have a stickert buthcan you look it up please? still nothing. then when we tried to insert cash into the machine it appeared to be malfunctioning. with a combination of brand new bills and old bills we were never able to finish depositing our cash and the attendant still offered us no solution

I have a love/hate thing going on with this Home Depot. This has been my main Home Depot shopping location since 1999−−15 years. I have a lot of experience at this place. So my credentials are good. I like the fact that this store is never super busy. So it’s easy to get in & out. I also know where almost everything is located. Don’t make any Special Orders or get any At Home Services unless you want to get screwed up and screwed over. It’s also frequently hard to find someone for customer service. And when you DO find them, they don’t know anything. On the other hand, there are a few employees who have been here for over 10 years and that are SUPER knowledgeable. I always try to find these people when I have a question. Of course, these are normal people that take breaks and that have days off – so I can’t always find them when I really need them. Overall…good with limitations. Come here for what they do best: Buy what’s on the shelves, and don’t ask any questions or place any orders unless you want headaches. –Daddy Maxx Retro

I like the home depot. I find that everything in this store is well organized and easy to find. Even if it isn’t there are plenty of people around willing to help you find it. Their selections can be limited to 1 or 2 brands that they support, but it is usually okay priced. I’m a fan of their hardware and tools. They sell some quality tools. I like their indoor lumber yard. This is great in the winter when there is a blizzard out. The only bad thing about it is their quality of lumber. I am usually picking through a top layer of bad stuff just to get to the lower good stuff. I don’t know why they don’t take all the bad stuff, set it aside and sell it at a discount price.
