Table Mountain Casino

The people that work there are great! Especially a man named Robert who works behind ‘the cage’. The ONE thing I don’t like at all is the buffet. Have had breakfast and lunch/​dinner. It’s awful. Table Mountain-​someone should go to Thunder Valley in Sac to see how to run a brunch. Their food is good, fresh, and has alot of variety. So the casino is great, and I do have fun playing there, but never for a meal anymore!

I really enjoy coming to this casino. It’s just like any other casino that I’ve been too. The patrons are friendly, nobody bothers you, and the customer service is good. The drive is pretty scary and dark to get here when you are traveling at night, but its a better drive than eagle mountain casino. This casino is tucked away in the hills. Plenty of parking, and onsite security.

I am posting this experience to raise awareness about the racial discrimination experienced by a very dear friend of mine at Table Mountain Casino on December 26, 2015. I am completely appalled at the way she was treated by service staff, security, and management.
My hope is that management will take every action possible to ensure that racial discrimination is no longer tolerated and to ensure that all customers are treated with dignity and respect.
My friend is kind, sweet, and very respectful. She would never do anything to warrant the treatment she received.
«My experience tonight has been such an eye opener and has motivated me to begin creating some changes for the upcoming year.
Tonight, my family and I decided to go to Table Mountain for a fun outing. Upon arriving to the casino my cousin’s and I decided to ask a server for a complimentary drink. After, the server allowed us to get a drink I noticed a hair in my cup. I politely told her there was a hair in the drink and she rudely responded, „Well throw it away.“ I then asked her can I have another one and she replied no and walked away. I followed her and asked her once again, nicely, „May I have another drink.“ She still persistently replied no. Then, I asked to speak to her manager and she responded, „No you may not, but I’ll take you to security.“ I said no I’d like to speak to a manager. Seeing as a officer was right there she told him I was harassing her. The officer was very professional when I stated what happened and allowed me to speak with her supervisor. The supervisor informed me that it would be handled and offered me another drink.
Moments later, a man walked up to my cousin’s and I and asked to see ID (Identification). We showed it to him and then he told us that he’ll need them to run a check on it, we hesitantly agreed. Confused at what the ID was needed for since it was checked at the gate, he said that the server claimed we were harrasing her. We restated the same story. When speaking to him and restating the story he had such a biased facial epxression. Reluctantly, he let it go.
Later into the night, another server came by and we asked for a water. She served everyone else around us expect us. So we decided to ask one more time. She rudely said, „Wait.“ And after she handed us water she went to speak to the officer behind a machine and asked him why haven’t they kicked us out yet and that she wants to file a complaint on us. She then went to speak with the biased „manager“ and told him „her story.“ As we clearly saw what was going on we decided to talk to him ONCE AGAIN. He was rude when telling us we need to, „Be quiet and listen to him.“ He stated that the 2^nd server said that I knocked over her cart and took a water.» Extremely puzzled, I said that never happened I sat in the same seat, her cart was still in tack with all its items when she came over to speak with you. My family members once again defended me because they were EYE WITNESSES. The manager said he’s been watching the survielence and I told him well if he was he would have seen that I never knocked her cart down. Then he told my family members and I we have to leave the premises immediately. I’ve never felt so discriminated against. How is it that I was attacked from the very first interaction. No matter how educated you are or well spoken you may be, it doesn’t matter. Your voice, your concern means nothing because of the color of your skin.”

I was having a great time on Christmas Day here with my family until I had an awful experience with clearly an uneducated drink server named Leticia. I was given a drink & it had a strand of her stringy gross hair in it, I asked for another one and to sum up all the rude comments that I was told she basically replied, «no, just throw it away» rolling her eyes, calling me names in a smart tone like «honey» & «booboo» (extremely unprofessional) I feel like she wanted me to respond differently so she could go home. But instead I walked after her to ask for her manager & she said no but you can talk to security & then she told them she was harassed… I feel harassed and Security was terrible, they had a very biased tone & facial expression. They told us she was sent home because she was upset. That pretty much explains how much she wanted to go home, by the way she treated us. I mean life would suck if I had to push a cart on Christmas Day for a living, but when working in an environment like this you have to be able to communicate differently. Wow, I spend my money here so I feel like I am worthy of great customer service. I never want to spend a dime here again. Very disappointed :(

On a Wednesday night my friends and I drove from Oakland to Table Mountain Casino. It was a very interesting/​regretful trip especially when you have work at 9am. Anyways, it took us about 3 hours to get to TBC which is in the middle of no where. The drive is pretty scary might I add. The casino is ok, it is 18 and up so there are younger people in there. The have a lot of slots and tables.
My only issue was the smell of cigarettes.(I know, I shouldn’t take my a** there if I can’t tolerate it.) Even the non-​smoking slots had really bad cigarette aroma. I went in hopes of playing video roulette, but I was informed that they no longer have the machine :(Overall, it was pretty cool, I personally would never go back because the drive is painful for me, BUT thats the only one near by for my friends who are under 21.

We always have a great time, win or lose. And the food is great, and the staff is really cool! When you have a great time, you are always a winner! We have never had a problem with finding a parking spot. It’s worth the short drive!

Great place to gamble. eventhough gambling is illegal here is not and it can be fun and entertaining. I come here all the time i come to visit my family at my old home town Madera CA. is about an hour to get there but the drive is worth it. I love eating at the eagles restaurant the food is delicious. The buffet is good too and the snack bars at night help out when feeling the munchies. I dont always win money. but who wins money at a casino right. hehe. not if your not a great investment to their company. Its all a fix set up full of cameras and stuff we cant deny what we see and know. :/​but great place to have some fun.

Great casino! I gave it a 4 star and not a 5 because it is smokey and I couldn’t get phone reception. Those things don’t bother me too much but it would bother some.

TMC has a lot of memories for my friends and I. Growing up in the central Valley, it was really the only place to go when you turn 18 and wanted to do something that is considered ‘adult’. As far as gaming goes, this place is super packed pretty much all weekends. They have a lot of machines but just the sheer number of people to machine ratio can be crazy. There are a few dining options on premise. The buffet is OK, nothing super great. Like any other casino, you reek of smoke afterwards. There has definitely been a lot of laughs and adventures about this place. When you are in a place like the central Valley this is one of the very few entertainment options.

Had a great time playing here at the Casino! I actually came for my birthday and lost less money than I expected to which was great; however, the only reason why I stopped playing was due to a lady named «Linda» managing the 21 tables. Waited a good 10 minutes for her to bring my ID back along with my $ 5 birthday gift I received and she managed to give my ID to somebody else, and incorrectly scanned my $ 5. Not a big deal, but I lost $ 5 and my ID could have been stolen. Great Casino, mediocre service.

My grandmother is diabetic, so bringing her here, we would need snacks in case anything happens. What I didn’t like about our recent visit was the staff not taking into consideration a patron’s health and telling my mom to dispose the small bottle of orange juice we have on hand for my grandmother. This means we have to run around and find someone handing out soda or coffee rather than quickly pulling out the juice in our bag in the the crucial moments of a hypoglycemic event. Other than that, my grandmother does enjoy coming to this establishment. Straighten out your priorities, Table Mountain.

DO NOT ever use the ATMs here. There are employees that will steal your account information and charge hundreds of dollars (at least) to your account. This happened to me and the management didn’t do a thing about it.

This review applies mainly to their buffet. For breakfast this place is ok but dinner is another story. It tasted as if the food had been sitting out for too long and I was very disappointed in their food selections. Just about everything was greasy or sugary. Crepes were ok and so were the noodles. All their meats were bland even the tri trip. I wish they offered some healthier options other than the basic salad bar. For the price it definitely wasn’t worth it.
Waiters are friendly and the dining area was clean. Carpet had a funky scent to it though so I’m guessing there was a spill earlier that day. For now I’m sticking with 2 stars. I’ve had better breakfast experiences but if I ever return it definitely won’t be around dinner time.

NO! been there twice in the past month and haven’t had any luck, the biggest JP I was able to wrangle was about $ 15.00. I didn’t see anyone else winning either both times I was there. I guess since Chukchansi closed they feel they dont have to pay out since they are the closest «game» in town… I will stick to Tachi and Chicken Ranch from now on.
The Eagles Landing had below average service and food

Parking is crazy hard it’s that popular.
I’ve always been lucky here… well, except back in the day. They had Anita at the Blackjack table… only 3 tables. There were only 4 – 6 poker tables and 6 slot machines. People ate at the tables. 16 year olds snuck in with us… LMAO not anymore they really check everyone now.
So back to Anita. The dealers would rotate and you could be up 100 dollars and Anita would be luckier than any dealer or player I’ve ever seen. Even in a movie. I’ve seen her get 4 Blackjacks in a row as the dealer. See an Ace either give up or pay insurance she’ll get you later. People still played against her.
The place is HUGE now.
I took my Great aunt there when she was alive and I saw her win 100 dollars off of machines within 10 dollars in the dollar slots. She took home TWO THOUSAND dollars moving from machine to machine she was giving 20 dollar tips to the waitresses coming by calling her Lola (grandma in Filipino) they all loved her and knew her.
I won, well lost a Jackpot hand with my friend Donald at the table. I lost AAA over Jacks to AAA over Kings. I lost and got the Lions share of the Jackpot hand. The winner won 800 and the money on the table but I went away with Thousands. Lucky me. The jackpot hand is higher now.

Eh, I don’t come to win a lot it’s merely entertainment
But after my last time here, it’ll be my last.
Except for the lady in the gift shop, who has excellent people skills there wasn’t much else I enjoyed. This place earned the extra star from her
The parking is terrible. Imagine the 405 freeway crammed in a damn garage. Spots are snug, but not too tight.
The café is terrible. Sysco garbage I actually paid $ 7 for. Cashier was very rude. Overhear them talking about how they wish they could be at Chukchansi again.
Food itself tasted like, I don’t even know, I’ve never eaten plastic but I could imagine it tasting the same. Pizza was burnt to all hell, fries were cold.
Slots are tight. Playing max and won, maybe $ 5 of $ 100 spent?
Won’t be back.

I’ve been to a lot of Casinos and this hidden casino tucked away in the foothills 15 mins from Fresno is above average in my opinion. When I say above average I speak mostly of your odds of winning.
While this place will empty your pocket, the odds of winning seem a lot better than a lot of casinos, including others in the valley such as Chukchansi and the palace in Lemoore. Additionally, it seems they frequently add new slots to keep things fresh.
Casinos don’t stay in business by letting everyone win, however, I think your odds of winning are better here than at Chuckchansi or the Palace.

I wouldn’t say this is one of the best casinos that I have been to but it is definitely great for Eterea and it is very accessible and has everything you need and the play is rather cheap I would recommend anyone in the area who likes to gamble to come by here and spend a few dollars if you are very interested stop by the Eagles Landing restaurant it is delicious and very cheap

Uggg… bring back Chukchansi or get rid of the 18 and over. This place is always so crowded which makes it so unenjoyable. Half of them don’t understand how to play the card games so they make dumb moves. Just an annoyed gambler, isn’t that par for the course!

Damn you Table Mountain, I’m giving you ⁵⁄₅. You gave me gas money frequently while I was a student. You gave me entertainment when I wanted. And you did a killer deal at remodeling… again…and this time it seems like everything is perfect.
I’ve been going to Vegas and Tahoe quite a bit since, as your guest services told me, my last visit of 10 years ago. I don’t know how accurate that is, but your smoke is almost all gone. Your Walmart atmosphere is almost gone. You fired that dipshit «promotions» employee that tried to run me off the road. And you kept some of the old time blackjack dealers, pit bosses, ect.
For you noobs, its a cool little casino worth the drive if you’re in the Valley. This place has kept up with the times and is a much better place than it used to be. It really isn’t going to be any better for a casino in the Central Valley. Enjoy!
