Got a non smoking room… only to have it smell like smoke. Terrible place to stay. Save your $ 40 and invest in a better room.

Filthy, absolutely filthy! Cheap does notean stinky and dirty! To this place it does. Was not as advertised on the site I booked with. Run away from this place! It offends all of the senses. Especially smell… the bed is super uncomfortable, the freeway and neighbors are loud… I dont see how they expect anyone to actually sleep. You are woken up by the freeway or a yelling neighbor, cant fall back asleep due to the smell (like a lingering pee/​body odor/​old beer mix) the rooms are filthy I found trash from previous tennants in my room. They give you a paper showerat because I gueas cleaning the bottom of the shower is beyond them. I dont think they own a vacuum… if they did is was most likely in the 80’s because I believe that is the last time the floor was cleaned. Just… don’t and thank me later.

As soon as I pulled up there was a prostitute walking the streets. I should of known that was a start to a bad experience. After receiving the key and going to the room I walked in and instantly I noticed blood stains on the wall, in the sink, also roaches walking around the floors and walls. The bed had holes in the blankets, hair in the so called clean sheets (they definitely do not wash or clean the sheets just remake the beds) so I told the manager/​owner? «aka» A-​hole how gross it was. He gave me a new room. A tad bit cleaner (not much). I informed him it was still horribly disgusting and he told me that’s all he had and absolutely refused to refund me my money, said there was no refunds and if I didn’t like it I didn’t have to stay there but he would not refund my money. While complaining about my room a second guest walked in complaining on the cleanliness of their room as well. He told them the same thing. So instead of being a stand up business owner or manager and offering paying guests a quality night stay he gets people in and refuses to do anything about it. Extremely rude and unhelpful. Unfortunately I booked it thru Priceline (which I won’t use again cause they were very unhelpful in the situation as well) so I had no choice but to stay or leave and be out the money I paid for the worse room I’ve ever been in.
Then at 3 in the morning I am woken up by people yelling at each other just outside of my room only to find out it’s another guest yelling at the manager/​owner again about their room. He told them they could just leave but won’t refund their money as well. I ended up just getting up after that and leaving. This place is a complete joke and waste of money! Please Please Please save yourself the headache and nightmare of a visit and go somewhere else!

–5 stars if I could. The front desk clerk was extremely rude over the phone. Not once did I speak to him rudely as I was in front of my children and he hung up on me because I wanted to verify the difference in online price and walk in price. My children were baffled on how rude he was. Wow I can’t believe people and their lack of customer service.

Roaches in our bed –blood on the walls– dirty sheets and towels — a lot of prostitutes –we didn’t feel safe in this area! No fridge microwave and hairdryer! We slept with lights and tv on waiting for the next roach attack! Terrible place to stay — 50 $ 2 beds

Horrible place! Roaches, blood on walls the clerks is a bitch we walk in the room and saw roaches in the bed we walk out to the clerk to complain and she ask us for the key ask us to leave and told us that she will call the cops on us… Fuck her!!! She didn’t have us our money back this is going for sure to court this bitch is messing with ppl needs.

Run! Don’t walk! Was not ‘feeling it’ between my adult daughter&I attempting to book a room even though we researched prices&deals online before our long drive! As long story turns out with a Great Ending!!! We ended up in Shaw&Valentine area at Crosslands; a much different world for $ 2 night more; booking needs for best rates needs to be done online; think ‘kayak’(?); grocery stores on left&right to us, walking distance (!); small kitchenette, extremely professional&friendly staff and damn (!) clean inside&outside on grounds! One won’t be disappointed (&I’m long known for pickiness including value of a hard earned dollar!)!

I agree with the first three guys, that is against the state law, called bait n switch. Report it to the district attorneys and Priceline! I know it is a common practice in their country but we cannot let them do this to us.
I saw on Priceline that it was $ 68 for 3 nights plus wi-​fi! Got there and it was $ 50 a night plus NO WI-​fi.
Same excuse, plus tax and etc HE IS A CROOK AND LIES!!!
I’m glad I didn’t see any cock roaches but i glad I brought my own blanket. Been watching too many Hotel Hell shows.

This place is god awful!!! I hope the jerk at the front desk reads this!!! 1^st they have no pride or any shred of professionalism. The advertised sign says $ 29.99 then when you pay for the room, they charge you 45.00! I asked why is there a difference to the price that is advertised an to what I was paying and basically got a «Well sir its late an we raise our prices at night.» When I got my key me and my wife entered the room and it was a shithole!!! When you walk into the rooms you get hit by a wall of stench that can only be described as curry and used prostitutes! Then we immediately checked the bed and there were STAINS on the sheets!!! I told my wife for get that!!! So we walked to the front desk to get our money back. We talked to some smart ass guy who said «We do not give refunds due to the class of people that use their establishment…» mind you he was the same person that we got the room from in the 1^st place. He told us that we could only switch rooms and kept implying that «We can not allow a refund because of the kind of people that are in the area an that rent the rooms.» I kinda got offended an asked what he was trying to imply… What kind of people were me and my wife? He gave a chicken shit ass smile and said «good people I am sure, BUT you are renting a room here.» I have worked a 4 Diamond resort for 5 years an have worked for quite sometime in the customer service field I can honestly say that these people so not have one shred of pride in their product which is themselves basically and they are thieves!!! Do not stay here!!!
P. S. If you run the AC in your rooms it will blow cold air however that air smells like a homeless person urinated in the unit… Please don’t think I am writing this horrible review out of spite. This is a horrible place and I do not want good people getting ripped off. On a side note when I awoke from my wonderful slumber on my stinky bed in my stinky room I took my stinky ass outside an was greeted by a half naked prostitute that was dressed like a sexy Mrs. Santa Claws… mind you it’s May how long has she been wearing that outfit??? I wanna see her Unilocal review!!! LMFAO

I’m writing this review on top of this thing they called «bed».
I couldn’t sleep and I feel the need to satisfy my urge to write my stupid mistake for staying here on Unilocal (lol but mostly because the bed itch my whole body).
First, If you book through Priceline©, they wont disclose the «service fee». Well, I asked the owner/​guy, what is it for? He said its for cleaning… Oohowww-​Kkay. So I got charged 5 bucks on top of what I have already paid for…
Second, he tried to scam me, but I showed him basic math, he eats dust.
He’ll tell you that the total is 40 bucks because there are tax plus that service fee; ITS ALL LIES!
Curious? please go ahead and count it yourself, the tax in Fresno is 13%. Basic rate was $ 29.99
And oh and btw, the room that I were in? Smelled so strong like a spoiled curry, a 10 years old urine, Smaug farts.
In my senses, I believe his wife just cook something downstairs.

it is quite simple, DON’T STAY HERE, I had to stay one night and regret not staying at the rescue mission, really, the man at the front desk was a jerk, the room nasty, actually had hair blocking the shower, doors nasty, hadn’t been dusted, beds awful, I couldn’t give a worse review, also, we requested a smoking room and had to go buy air freshener. The place was flat out AWFUL! Wi fi barely works and I’ll leave it at that.

29.99? NOT! like almost 50! we get our room and immediately dislike it! blood on the walls was a no no! so we attempt a refund 5 minutes later and i couldnt get my money back! some guy asked if my friend was a prostitute since there were tons outside and it was freakky! it so happens he stayed in the room next to ours! we made a scene and got the hell out of there! I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SEXUALLY ASSULTED OR JACKED!
