Came through clutch when nothing else was open. Needed to get some pictures printed out in a hurry and they were able to get it done quick. Very friendly service.

This Walgreens has no sense of what customer service is. Most of the employees don’t smile and look extremely unapproachable. No one is at the register when I need assistance.

I absolutely love the manager that works in the cosmetics department. Every time I go she is always so friendly and helpful. She even helped me color match a new foundation I wanted to try. She always keeps coupons for items you purchase, without you even asking for them. She gives free samples as well. On my last trip she gave me a free sample of a new tooth paste. I wish I knew her name! She is there in cosmetics almost every time I go.

This Walgreen’s location, although not in the nicest part of Fresno, actually has some great customer service representatives. My 5 star rating is based on that alone. Despite the type crowd that frequents this location, the workers are always pleasant and really helpful. They’re usually always smiling or laughing as well. They’re always in close proximity and I never have to go looking for someone to ask a question. The girls that work in the health and beauty section are outstanding. They’re always really friendly, and always give me extra discounts with coupons and stuff, even if a product is already on sale. I really appreciate the little things they do to make my shopping experience here better. People don’t have to be nice just because, ya know? We desire that and sometimes even expect that when it comes to customer service, but they don’t have to do the little extras. They don’t really have to engage us in actual genuine conversation, but these workers do! Every time. And like another reviewer mentioned, when customer situations become hostile, the workers and management still remain calm and are just always super helpful! I’ve witnessed an irate customer here on more than one occasion, yet management is never angry, frustrated, condescendingly calm nor do they walk away or ignore the customer when they’ve had enough. The service here is stellar. I’m impressed and will always return to this Walgreen’s.

I was at the pharmacy and I’m served a very upset customer the pharmacists sis handled the situation very professionally and courteously and humanely very impressed have never had a problem with this store in anyway shape or form.
