Have been here twice. The staff is courteous and efficient, professional in all respects. Will continue to get my mammograms here.

Been here plenty of times while pregnant, but this time was for a more serious matter. The front staff was friendly amd quick. The tech I had, her name escapes me at the moment (African American decent) was extremely friendly and explained everything very thoroughly. Considering everything they were doing, she made the experience pleasant.

This place was horrible! I was sent here for the 3^rd time by my OB to check whether or not my twins are in the same gestational sack or not, my order clearly said TWINS on it but apparently I was NOT scheduled for a twin ultrasound so the tech gave me a hard time about it and said I needed to make sure that next time I informed them that I was having twins because the ultrasound takes longer. I had a 4pm appointment and had to drink 24oz of water before and HOLD it until after the ultrasound, I was not taken to the ultrasound room until 4:45! I even got there early, a little after 3:30pm, so I waited over an hour to be taken back for my ultrasound. The tech was so rude and had absolutely NO bedside manners! She was huffing and puffing the whole time she was doing my ultrasound about how she had to take all the measurements for 2 babies in such a small amount of time. She wouldn’t let me see the screen when she was doing the measurements and when I asked her if I could see the babies she said she would let me see them at the end because there was nothing interesting she was doing! Ugh! I didn’t care about what SHE was doing! I still wanted to see my babies!!! I was almost in tears from the way she was treating me! I could not believe her attitude and demeanor! Totally unprofessional and mean! She finally let me see the babies at the end for like 2 minutes and the worst part was when she handed me my horribly blurry print outs!!! They looked like she had no idea what she was doing when she printed those out! I was so disappointed with the whole experience that I will never go back! I wish I would have gotten the name of the tech but I was so angry that I just left. She was this older, heavy set lady with short grey hair. Whatever her name is she should NOT be working there! When I called to speak to the office manager she gave me a bunch of lame excuses for what happened. She did apologize but they didn’t even offer to give me another ultrasound! Horrible!!!

After coming here for an (unnecessary) appt per my nurse practitioner «gynecologist» for a breast exam, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the staff. One of the staff behind the counter gave me directions to their other facility because she figured I was lost, as I was the youngest person there. I showed her my paperwork and they got me in right away for the ultrasound. The woman performing the exam was very kind and made me comfortable, seeing as I was very nervous. Then the doctor came in and was just as nice, making me laugh even. Thank y’all for making my fears and nerves subside!

Front desk person was great. Kudos! The nurse that walked me back had nothing to say, no small talk, just a woman who clearly hates her job (or she was having a really crappy day). Her only words to everyone was asking the questions about perfume, lotion, and deoderant, where the lockers were, and to have the gown opened to the back. Same spiel to everyone in a monotone voice. A robot could seriously replace her. I was here to have a mammogram. The xray tech (blonde lady) had absolutely no personality. I found her cold and unfriendly also. It is awkward to have this done so I always appreciate «bedside manners»… it was obvious that this person missed that entire concept. Everything I asked or commented on in a friendly manner was entirely ignored. She called my name, asked my history, and told me when to stop and start breathing. Other than that.. nothing. I think the facility is nice, clean, state of the art, but to me the people make a place… not the cold hearted equipment. Here you will get both… cold hearted everything… lucky me… ugh. Will go back to my original place and leave this place for people who like being ignored as a human being.

I needed an imaging exam and was referred to W.I.S.H. The staff was very friendly. The tech who took me back immediately and assisted in the procedure was amazing. She was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and very supportive. The doctor was great, but I cannot stress how wonderful the technician was while assisting him. I would definitely their services and it was a good reminder of how much a little compassion in healthcare can go a long way. I am sure that both of these professionals had performed this test a thousand times, but they remembered that it was my first, and took good care of me. Thank you.

I came here for my annual mammogram. The staff was pleasant, especially Athena. When I checked in, I was provided with a postcard to self-​address; results would be sent to me via this method. Sweet!
I arrived early but they were overbooked so I waited 30 – 40 minutes beyond my anticipated appointment time. However, they have nice waiting/​staging areas with useful literature.
By way of Public Service Announcement: Ladies (& Gents), please remember to perform self-​breast-​exams every month and those over 40 should plan annual mammograms. Breast cancer doesn’t discriminate among the sexes!
