Just received my neighbors package at my front door. Went to deliver to them only to find the package I’ve been waiting for on their doorstep. I would have never known where it was had I not gotten theirs by mistake. So I of course called to discuss the issue and hopefully prevent my next two expected packages from being delivered incorrectly and the representative I spoke with couldn’t have cared less about the situation.

Just received our package from a neighbor 5 houses down. It was I. Their backyard. Also my wife called and was told that driver left it on the porch. It is proven that a bad experience will be passed on to a minimum of 10 people. I just got off of Facebook and see that ups has Uhaul trucks pulling up to the back of them and it was done at a park. And the Uhaul driver just opened the door doesn’t seem right. USPS sounds better. Or mabe fedex

If I could, I would give zero stars. Worst customer service EVER! My package, which is time sensitive to my business was suppose to be delivered Friday. It was not because it was forgot at the facility per the information provided on their tracking site. It also stated that the package would be re-delivered next business day, today. I am currently on hold for 1hr 3 min and 45 sec. They still haven’t been able to connect me to a manager or at the very least confirm that they will deliver this package by 8am, when my business opens, tomorrow. My suggestion avoid using UPS if at cost if possible. Even if it means asking your vendors to find a new carrier!!!

Always friendly and courteous, I prefer picking up packages rather waiting around all day for their drivers to deliver.

This is one of the main UPS distribution centers where all of the trucks are loaded up before they arrive at your door. In addition to that you can also pick up or drop off a package here at the counter. I stopped off here because I was right across the street, and it beat going to the UPS store on Shaw & Fresno. I walked in and got in line and waited. And waited, and waited. I was hoping I could just drop off my package and get out since it was already pre-paid, but alas I had to stand around and listen to people complain about not being able to pick up their packages. Everything was really slow going, and one guy working there would rather sit and talk about guns with some other dude then get him out the door and help the next person. And for a place that opens early to load up the trucks, I don’t know why they wait until 10:00 to open up.
