Turner Security Systems Inc.

I used Turner to install a security system in my home. I was home the entire time they were in my house. They had to go into each room in order to install the system. Which I allowed them to do.
After they left, I walked through each room and found that they had stolen things from the rooms.
I have no way to prove this, so now I’ll be spending a couple hundred dollars replacing what they’ve stolen.
I thought Turner security was going to prevent me from being robbed. Instead, I found out that they are the ones who are thieves.
This is a slap in the face.
Do not use this company.

These guys are virtually worthless around the complex that I live in. There are scanners under our mailboxes that their security guards have to scan to prove that they’ve shown up and looked around the property. The problem is, they drive up, get out, scan their keycard and drive away. They don’t look around, except to watch their step so they don’t trip on their way to check-​in.
If you have a security problem and you call them, by the time they get to our complex, the problem has either dissolved or someone is dead.
If there is a problem, we call them so that it is on record for our association, but then we call the police to get things taken care of. It is SO infuriating to know that we’re paying for the illusion of security.
They need faster response times and guards who aren’t lazy slackers. Otherwise, they are just a waste of money for what we’re paying them to do.
