Brought in my broken screen/​phone and they fixed it in just 20 min. Also showed me that the last people who fixed it used cheap materials. This time around it feels completely new.

Walked in the door, staff was ready and waiting. Shattered screen on my iPhone 5c, they had screen in stock. Staff advised it would be repaired in an hour. The repair was done in 50 minutes, the cost $ 95. Thank you Ting Ting

Fast and affordable! Great customer service!
When my boyfriend dropped his phone and the screen shattered, we were horrified because we didn’t have insurance on it and figured we would have to get a whole new phone.
I called around to dozens of places, some charging double what they do here and quoted time to repair anywhere from 2 hours to overnight! Don’t even ask about customer service because I even got hung up on when I asked directions.
From there very moment of calling here, I knew it was the place to go, when we arrived to the store the lady was very nice and gave an excellent price of around $ 100 and quoted us an hour to fix it!
It was perfect and just like new upon pickup, they also had a huge selection of cases and even do custom cases with rhinestones, bows, hello kitties and cute things like that!
Weeks later his phone is as if nothing ever happened to it, and now MY PHONE screen is cracked, but I’m not worried because I know where to go and am headed there as I write this!

Great customer service. Professional and pleasent. It cost little more but its worth every penny. Like old saying says: You get what you pay for… You dropp off your phone and not worry about it. Repair took 1h whereas other shops wait time was 5h+! Thumbs up!

I came here to purchase a new case and screen saver for my smart phone. Wow! They have a very large selection of products to choose from. I mean thousands of covers and cases! Too many to choose from. I spent a half an hour looking at all the selections. I found what i was looking for and the CSR even installed my purchase for me. Great service and a great price. I will defiantly come to this store again!!!

My experience here was a pleasant one. I originally came in to see if they could fix the port on my Iphone 4, and as soon as i stepped into the shop i was greeted and asked if i could be helped.
I showed them the problem and they recommended that part to be replaced (it couldn’t properly connect and charge). I agreed to the fix and was told to come back in an hour. Before leaving i asked if they had something that could protect the port (i work outdoors so dirt tends to get in and on the phone) and the employee said she would look into it.
I came back in exactly one hour and the part was fixed. The employee also pulled out a few cases that protected the port from dirt, and i selected one. She also asked if i needed another screen cover (the one i put on the phone was incredibly beaten up) so i agreed to that as well.
The care and attention to detail she exhibited when she cleaned my phone and placed the screen cover on right in front of me was impressive. That being said i knew that same care was put into replacing my port. She also put the phone into the new case and asked if i needed anything else.
I will gladly give them repeat business. I randomly stumbled into this business in hopes of a phone repair, and i couldnt have asked for a better experience

this place is great if your cell phone breaks alittle, they have all the parts you’ll need, they have all the accessories you might need for you cell phone, and they are not expensive at all. if you want to change your phone color, they will do. they have it all
