Established in 1989.

The Windham is a resort-​style community with lush gardens, a swimming pool, and walking paths.

We offer lovely apartment homes as well as patio homes, some of which have fireplaces. The community has three courtyards. Our main courtyard is where you’ll find the heated swimming pool, lovely shade trees, and the focal point of our community — a soothing fountain. In the Assisted Living courtyard, there is a charming gazebo where residents gather for fun and relaxation. We also have raised potting benches for resident gardening.

We have devoted, caring people on our staff, many of whom have been here for years. It’s difficult to capture the warm, friendly feeling of The Windham in words, but you’ll immediately feel it the moment you walk in.
