The Pro’s Window Tinting & Car Alarms

This people have no customer service I made a 2 :00 apt came on time told me to come back in a hr I did & they ditched me told me give me 25 min I’m on my way blah blah called the white girl said her tall skinny brother will b ther in a sec I waited a full HOUR FOR THEESE PPL SKREW THEM THEY COULD OF TOLD ME IM SORRY CAN WE CHANGE U TO A LATER APT

This place is quick to accept your car and money to preform it’s sub par services. The work is then guaranteed for life! Sounds great right?
The problem: the work is shoddy. The people are shady. They run a taco guy catering service out of the same place. Cesar and Kathy make it impossible to schedule appointments to remedy there poor work. The windows were not cleaned prior to application. Old film was not thoroughly removed. They said «see you in court» and that is what I will do. 7 windows 220 $
And BMW guy… they refer to you as the «rich bitch» and that is there justification of doing the work they did on your vehicle.
This place is unprofessional, unethical and should be forced to close it’s doors for good.
I will follow up with a BBB claim and a small claims law suit. No Doubt.

This place is okay!
They seemed to put our order aside to work on other projects and took 3 days. The job did get done and it was great.

Do not go here for auto window tinting. The business is dirty and shoddy. I had to bring my car back a second time because they made numerous mistakes the first time. The owner made it very difficult to schedule an appointment to get the mistake fix. Brought the car back to get it fix and they still made the same mistake. The car still had bubbles and lints under the tint. I paid $ 200 for Llumar tint and they can’t even get it correct. I would not recommend this business for window tinting.
