We are a tequeria and restaurant we have from tacos, burritos, tortas to combination plates and seafood. Do we have breakfast? Yes even breakfast… our signature dish is the molcajete it comes with homemaid salsa maid with roasted peppers, tomatos and other ingredients in the molcajete you will get chiken, beef, shrimp, chorizo, cotija cheese, a cactus leaf, onion all of this grilled and toped with the salsa it is delicius and very authentic. our tacos awsome we have asada, carnitas, al pastor, chile verde and more… another favirite is our menudo maid fresh daily it“s served with all the works onion, silantro, oregano, peppers, homemaid tortillas, and a delicious oil and sesami hot sauce got to try it to beleve it.

History

Established in 2006.

We started in 1992 on a catering truck our menu consisted on tacos, burritos, tortas, quesadillas, and sopes. after a phew years bussines was good so we added enchiladas, srimp koctails, sopes, and seafood tostadas. and we continued working hard our truck got old and as we all know the weather in the valley is not the best if it“s not burning hot it“s freezing cold. so when the building proposal came we didn’t hasitate a bit that was in 2006 we had no idea how to run a restaurant but we went fot it and we are still here cooking from the heart and learning everyday.
