I like this location better than the others in Fresno. They have never messed up an order and the one time we had a complaint (the thing we ordered was not up to par) they fixed it right away, giving us an upgrade as well as a free drink. Yeah, it’s not the best part of town but seriously? If you want a different experience drive the five miles to the one in river park, but I’m sure even then some people will find something to complain about.

Gross, gross, gross!!! Their drive thru literally smells like strong human urine. Like how can they not notice that their grounds smell like a porta-​potty? It is so foul it made me want to gag. Then, I was very disappointed that the shredded «chicken» burrito I ordered had literally the equivalent of less than one tablespoon of meat in it. So sad to say I was very disappointed with tonight’s visit !

I wholly disagree with the previous reviewer. This Taco Bell has never made an error with my order and I am a frequently returning customer. They manage their drive-​thru line very efficiently and the food is always hot. Shannah S. is correct in her assertion that the staff is «super friendly and polite.» Sometimes they even give you a breath mint.
One time my parents and I dined inside at this location. My mom was very impressed and remarked at how clean the restaurant was. As I have learned over the past 28 years, it is nearly impossible to meet my mother’s standards of cleanliness. Quite an achievement!
5 stars, keep up the good work.

SO sad. Every time I come here they mess up my order. They are super friendly and polite, but who wants to drive around each time and get out of the car after going through the drive through with a messed up order. Seriously…5 mistakes out of the last 6 times I visited this location. :(
