History

Established in 2006.

Studio 74 began as a venue to encourage and value student art. The definition of «student» grew from elementary to college student then morphed into «emerging» artists of any age. Maintaining its independence, Studio 74 maintains flexibility in the featured artwork and aspires to push boundaries where and when possible.

Meet the Business Owner

Diane M.

Business Owner

Artist/​gallery owner, Diane received her degree in Studio Art from the University of California at Davis, and returned to actively painting and creating art in 2001. She is inspired by other artists and enjoys showing their work.

A teaching background becomes evident when working with and encouraging emerging artists as they establish themselves as accomplished artists. Operating a full time art venue utilizes her business and management background.
