By providing round the clock protection in any environment, STC’s Security Officers, K-​9 Teams and Investigators are well trained professionals that will provide the utmost service to every client.

History

Established in 2006.

Security Training Concepts started as a state certified training facility with a private investigations division. In 2012, STC started to provide professional, high quality and experienced security services. In 2013, STC purchased a P.O.S.T. Certified K-​9. We are now the only company in central California with a police certified K-​9 and experienced handlers.

STC Security, Inc.‘s administrative staff is made up of former law enforcement officers with several years of experience; ranging from line officers to administrators. The staff also includes several former military and law enforcement personnel with experience in Investigation, Patrol, Executive Protection and police K-​9 training.

Meet the Business Owner

Leonard R.

Business Owner

Leonard Rosson is a 16 year law enforcement veteran with experience in both county probation and municipal police services. In addition to the assignment of Police Sergeant, Leonard is a decorated Law Enforcement Instructor, covering a variety of topics. Leonard has been awarded Master Instructor Certification by the State of California’s Commission on Peace Officers Standards and Training (POST) and has developed and designed training for the state. Most notable, «Rapid Response Tactics for small agencies.».

Leonard has served as a lead instructor and recruit training officer at two regional police academies. He also instructed numerous advanced officer training courses to senior law enforcement officers throughout the state.

Leonard holds a bachelor of arts degree in Business and Organizational Management from Fresno Pacific University and is currently pursuing his Master’s degree in Forensic Psychology. In 2007, Leonard was inducted into the Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
