Señor Ají Peruvian Bistro, will be a ‘Bistro’ Peruvian restaurant in Fresno city, we will stand out from the other restaurants in the area because we will offer a traditional Peruvian food, with the main ingredients brought from Peru, fusing them and thus creating an innovative menu for the pleasure of customers, our concept will be based on adapting these delicious dishes without losing their original scents and we will impress all those customers who like a good food.
