most every time i have gone here i have not found what i want i have found a few things mostly well gone over junk cars butchered before going i already knew the answer i called just now i asked if they had a Saturn they said i dont know we dont keep inventory ill have to come and look i said you would sell more parts if you knew what you had replied its been this way for years i said so you make your living on admission not parts she hung up

I second every other Unilocalers posts about this recycling yard. I recently went here on two separate occasions which was kinda a pain to get to the location let alone the crap road to the deserted parking lot of this horrible buisness. Paying our enterence fee at the door they didnt have change for a $ 20, so inconvenienced before I even entered I had to go to the parts register get change and return to gate to even search the discusting yard. My father and brother waited as I exchanged currency, meanwhile my dad a 63 old Vietnam vet (that his Marine cap time litteraly depicted) who walks with a limp aided by a cane decided to just take a peak into the yard. This being no 50 feet from the gate we entered before he was scolded over the loudspeaker about him entering without paying the two dollars which I would gladly paid but the had no damn change. Wtf? The fat lady on the register yelled at a small man (orders over loud speaker) who then rushed at my father and began to escort him to the parking lot. Two bucks people lol he wasnt even picking just along for the ride. Idk no iventory, no military discount on over priced parts, glass covered, oil saturated puddles ontop soil, selection of cars are crap, this place is horrible, HORRIBLE! The costomer service is beyond that. Just to put it into perspective I joined Unilocal to post this sad place they even dare to call a business. Just my experiences tho hope yours are better if you dare go.

Pretty lousy customer service, and as said on the previous review the fat lady is very rude, only reason I’ll come is just to see if they have a 94 – 99 Celica in stock but that will be probably bimonthly

This place deserves a ZERO rating. They are incompetent. In addition to being incompetent, Corina (the fat lady) talks shit in front of customers in Spanish when the customer doesn’t speak spanish then laughs about it. I will be making a facebook page about this place. Don’t spend your money here! Oh and when you call to complain, he idiot who answers the phone hangs up on you. (559) 485‑3071
