Horrible customer service. I went there last night around 7:30 P.M., there was only one person working. I asked her to help me look for a pair of shoes and she refused to do so, stating that if I wanted to find the pair of shoes I was searching for, I had to go online. She ignored me and started helping other customers. When I asked her for the address to the store, she gave me a vague response, the Riverpark Payless location. When I tried asking her if there was any one else I can talk to, she ignored me. When I asked to get in contact with a manager, she avoided my question by telling me the manager makes the schedule.
