Amazing! Will never go anywhere else! Tracy did my nails and was so careful not to hurt me!

I was helped by two ladies, one was Sue but they were both so wonderful! They were both very gentle and did exactly what I wanted. It’s my first time getting the coffin styled nails and they did an amazing job! They will try to up sale you on additional things such as gel on acrylic and other things but I just let them know I was just looking into paying the base price on coffin nails which is $ 30 and they respected it. :) I’d recommend this place to anyone who pays attention to detail and are looking to getting excellent service. :)

I’ve been to many places all over Fresno and Clovis… After coming here, I noticed if I went elsewhere I would become disappointed.
This place does a very thorough job no matter what it is you ask for. They take pride in their work. You get what you pay for here. The staff are very nice and sweet.
They are also the most sanitized place in Fresno. They use new everything for every customer unlike other places.

Hey! it’s my second time coming here, and I am very happy. No appointment, no wait. The ladies were friendly and attentive. I came in for a pedicure, it had been way to long! My nail technicians were Alice and Cindy. Alice wasn’t afraid to seek assistance from Cindy in an area she didn’t feel comfortable handling. Cindy had no problem assisting. This is teamwork, and makes the customer feel cared for. I opted for the deluxe pedicure, and nearly fell asleep between the massage and warm towels on my legs. Conversation was good, and I felt appreciated. I felt as if they were providing the best care for my nails. I will definitely return again.

Took us in as walk-​ins so graciously. Had both a mani and pedicure, the staff was sweet and perfectionist at their work. They worked with so much detail. Big factor for me is cleanliness of spa and that they were. And there prices were reasonable. Will go back.

Came in here for the first time as a walk in today for a new set and was seated immediately! Thuy did my nails and instead of taking my old set off and putting new ones on like I asked, she recommended we do a fill and new color so it would be cheaper and less damaging to my nails. Very glad she did that instead, my nails turned out beautifully! Everyone here was very kind and welcoming and I will definitely be back.

Even if this salon is out of my way I will make the drive! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Best place for pedi! I don’t go to anyone in specific… each time i been more than satisfied with their work and service!

The owner Deni and Tracey are WONDERUL! The staff are very attentive, detailed and SUPER sweet. All the employees are sweet. I love that no matter who assisted or worked on your mani/​pedi everyone greets all new customers and thank everyone walking out from their services.
My favorite nail tech of all time would be Kathy! She is simply the best. Don’t get me wrong all employees in the shop are awesome but I just adore Kathy. Always making my nails look super amazing. Kathy takes her time and makes sure that I get nailed and fitted. She understands that I am VERY picky and she doesn’t hesitate to ever fix it the little flaws.
So many colors to choose from! This place would be nude heaven for anyone that is obsessed with nude selections as I am.
Atmosphere here is very welcoming and relaxed. Very, very clean establishment. They clean and sanitize after every client. They welcome anyone and everyone. I’ve been trying to get my husband to come to get pedis with me but he always has an excuse but one day I will trick him into coming. I always shop around for nail shops but this place is always so promising. I ALWAYS end back here, surely I’ve booked marked and read about other places but now that I know my nail tech was just on a mini vacation, Nice nails is my go to spot! thumbs up Deni for always caring for all clients new and existing, and keep up the great customer service.

I thought when we got there they’d be rushed. But they were so sweet and nice. They took their time and even made sure we were ok with our colors. They were also cheaper than a place I’ve been going to for years. I will definitely be going back.

Every time I’ve been here, I’ve been a walk in, and I’ve been seen right away. I’ve been here once before and had a good experience. The lady who did my nails this time didn’t really even say a word to me. she just kinda got to work… no big deal, I don’t really like small talk anyway, and I came with a friend… but no, hello or anything? So, I picked out my colour and she started painting. I don’t really have a problem with the GEL itself… it lasts minimum a week for me, (and I work as a cleaning lady, so I use my hands A LOT: chemicals, multiple hand washing, using scrubbers and such). but this lady I got this time seemed kinda annoyed with me. After she was done with my nails I was inspecting them and i noticed a bump in the gel on my thumb and in the bump was some kind of black speck. I have no idea what the black speck was or what it came from, but she noticed me looking at them funny and asked if it was okay, and I pointed it out to her. She seemed kinda annoyed and sat down and grabbed my hand and looked at it for several seconds and then tried to tell me it was just the light.
uhhh… no. I could FEEL the bump and there was clearly a black speck under the polish. She looked at it again, taking off her glasses, putting them back on, not saying anything. I think she was hoping I was just going to give up and say: «never mind, it’s fine,» but I am kinda picky and I wasn’t going to walk out of there with a f*cked up nail. eventually she sighed and say back down and began to file at the polish. I kinda just sat there, until the lady doing my friend’s nails looked over and said something to the woman doing my nails, and the woman doing my nails said something back in an annoyed tone, and pointed at my nails. The woman doing my friend’s nails kinda clicked her tongue and said something under her breath. she did end up fixing the nail, but I was kinda upset. I pay for this, and I want them to look good. is that too much to ask?

Wish I could leave a better review because the staff was kind and courteous but my gel manicure was not great. It’s been less than a week and it’s already chipping on 3 fingers and all my gels at other salons have lasted at least 2 and often 3 weeks before any noticeable chip. I once hiked in and out of the Grand Canyon with gels and they were perfect the whole time, so I expect all my gel manicures to be able to withstand regular day to day activities after that. I’m sure the pedis feel great, I haven’t had one here personally, but I will not be returning for a gel mani here.

My sister told me this place was the best at nail art and that she loved it here… So I went with her to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylics with gel and the chevron print on one of my nails. I was disappointed. My pedicure was okay… Not very good but okay. Polish doesn’t even cover my whole toe nails. My full set is awful. There are globs of dried acrylic under a couple of my nails, I walked out with this un painted gap from where my cuticle and the paint/​acrylic actually starts… as if I got my nails done over a week ago. And the simple chevron nail art is very bad. I even heard the lady say «oops» while doing the art, but instead of taking it off and doing it over, she tried to «blend» in the crappy art. It’s upsetting.(see my profile picture) I could have done a better job painting/​nail art myself. Maybe it was just a bad day or something or maybe the lady i got just isn’t good… but I personally feel very disappointed. I would like to say the staff is very nice. Place is clean and has a nice set up… But for paying 67 dollars… it wasn’t worth it.

Terrible service!
I had an apt at 12, but didn’t get seen til 1:15 with Tracy but I guess she was behind so I was given to another person, when I specifically asked for Tracy’s service.
Then I was handed off to someone’s else AGAIN, so I showed her my design I wanted on my nails and she said she could do them but failed, twice. So she kept having to erase her mistakes which THEN messed up the acrylic nail. She didn’t even say anything or bother to fix it till I told her about it but by then I was so irritated and frustrated with the horrible service that I told the guy I was not going to pay for anything.
They left streaks in the nail, patchy spots, a bad nail, and many spots weren’t filled in with acrylic so they looked like I had them for weeks and I needed to get a fill when I JUST got them done.
Very unprofessional. Never going back.

I just moved back to the area and really wanted to find a nail place that I could love, but unfortunately was disappointed. I went in for a gel manicure and regular polish pedicure. I figure if you can’t get the basic services perfect then I should go elsewhere.
Pedicure was ok, but a little bit rough and got pinched or cut. I did like that their tubs are lined with plastic. Manicure was not good. I asked for the lady to even the length and shape of my natural nail and didn’t get either. She did spend a good while filing my nails so I didn’t think to check them, but looking at them in detail you can clearly tell they are different lengths and not identical shapes. Manicure lasted 2 weeks.
Pros…I was able to walk in without an appointment and was helped promptly. Paid about $ 45.
Oh and side note, the manicurist were clearly talking about another client and her issue. It killed the pampering mood I was in.

I love love love my nails! Kathy and Tracy does a really great job. Every time I come, I always request Kathy for my nails and nail art.

Love this place! Only place I’ll go to, they’re clean, professional and interact with their customers! Most whom they know by first name basis. Just nice to go and be able to come in and feel welcomed. Owners are really cool people, I recommend everyone here!

Love, love, love this place. I grew up in Fresno and I moved to Washington. I come to Fresno every so often and I always look for a nail salon. This place is a little pricey but it is so worth it. I got fill for my acrylic nails and a wonderful design. I also got a deluxe pedicure and the mask they put on my legs and the paraffin they put on my feet made them so smooth. I would definitely come back to place when I visit Fresno.

Came here with my girlfriend to get a mani and pedi. I got Lan and she was super sweet. She took her time and made me feel like I was the only person here. Definitely a great experience.
Total came out to $ 45. Basic Mani and Pedi is $ 35 but I got gel for my mani which was additional $ 10.

I do appreciate that the owner decided to respond to my message, but my comment stands. If I the customer can not understand your prices & «titles» to your nail salon than maybe you the owner should better explain in a fashion that can be better understood. Here’s an FYI, I get my nails done all the time, there’s no reason for there to be 3 different types of rock star toes, just 1! When someone asks for rock star toes it will always be acrylic, always! I was so upset that day, you literally shit on my day. I would rather go to fashion fair and pay double the price to know I get exactly what I ask for every time and not looked at like I am stupid because you can’t understand. I will not be coming back, and I will not recommend this salon unless you apologize for being wrong.
