After leaving a prior negative review on the pricing and expectations, a very nice lady from corporate called me and asked me about my experience. She asked what she could do to give them a second chance. She actually spent an hour or so turning on the virus protection from MS that comes with your Windows computer. She also left me a note on how to do it for our other computer. It was a great experience and had I had that experience up front I would have given them 4 – 5 stars. Redemption!

I took my computer in because of a hard drive failure. They explained that they would take a look and find what happened. It took over a week. I had to call them to heat information. They explain to me that the hard drive did fail, and it would need to be sent away to be diagnosed and see how much data can be retrieved for $ 69.00. They had it for a period of three weeks I did not hear anything I called the first person I spoke to said there was a shipping issue and the and the Recovery Center just received the hard drive they did an analysis I’m told me it would be over 1,200 dollars I said why has it taken so long for you to tell me this I was giving no answer other than blaming on ups I am not satisfied with that response I am not satisfied with the link the time it takes to do this and when I first walked into the office in Clovis I sat on the couch for 12 minutes before I was even I noticed I was in the office I had to raise my voice to be noticed. I can not recommend them for any future service to anyone.
