My aunt is elderly and we make the weekly trek to mrs fields to satisfy her sugar tooth she gets the 20 piece nibblers and I can honestly say I’ve never had a complaint with the service, price, or taste of the cookies. We will definitely be back in the future…
Only downside is that you have to brave the dangers of the mall parking lot and all of the crazy ass Fresno drivers!

I’m one unsatisfied customer. You claim to use real ice cream but in reality there is no ice cream in my drink. If I wanted a vanilla flavored drink with blended ice I would have gone to a coffee shop. I guess the word REAL has a very loose meaning to this establishment.

Received a box of Chocolate chip nibblers as a gift from this branch — super yummy! Perfect size and consistency. They’re best when microwaved for a few seconds. The chocolate inside is gooey while the outside stays intact. I heard service is excellent too! :)

LOVE the Sugar Butter cookies… YUMMMM. They have your usual assortment of cookies, chocolate chip, sugar, but nothing that will wow your senses.
The employees aren’t too bad, and the store is clean

Dear Mrs. Fields,
I look at you in lust and want to attack everything you got. I’ll lick the tops of every one of your sugar cookies, engulf my mouth with the chocolate chip morsels, and tantalize my taste buds with cinnamon from your snickerdoodles. And I’ve only fantasized about consuming one of your pie cookies, and yes, in that fantasy it includes whip cream.
But then there are times when you disappoint not only my wallet but my teeth. There are days when your sugar is too much for my virgin fruit eating teeth. Me and my dentist agree that we should take a little break. Please wait for me.
