NEVER come to this McDonald’s I went there 3 times, each time the people were very rude, one time they kicked a homeless man out just for asking for water! The second time I was there my fries were half cooked no salt was added and my sandwiches were cold and the very last time I went was last night, my fries were cold undercooked and my sandwich smelt nasty but as I haven’t eaten all day I still took a few bites I ended my night at the hospital being treated for FOOD POISONING SO PLEASE FOR THE SAFETY OF YOUSELF AND YOUR FAMILY DO NOT EAT HERE

I stopped by for some breakfast and what I witnessed there was sad so I decided not to buy there. The manager kick out a homeless girl that was buy food. she told her «After this you need to get out.»
It’s sad. I ask for her name and she refused to give me her name.

Worst McDonald ever! They never say «thank you» to customer and each one of them have bad attitude.
Please avoid this rudest McDonald.

never go here i went here once and some hobos ripped off my windshield! i was parked so i recommend if you come here go to the drive thru

Limp fries and cold, charges me .25 cent for a extra pickle slice told them no cheese on the Big Mac got cheese melted on really good have a family member allergic to dairy products and so much ice that I had three good sips of my soda. Yeap! Never going to this McDonalds again and that was my third time giving them just one more try. I’m done!

On lunch and needed to get a quick bite to eat. Noonish and only 1 car ahead of me, awesome considering I had just drove from Ashlan and West with about 12 cars in line!!?
Ordered my usual Combo #2 with no onions and a sweet and sour (love dipping my fries in it, sooo good!) The wait time was less than 2 minutes and was on my way. Fries fresh outta the fryer and cheeseburgers delish!
No complaints here, but reviews here are really bad? Probably want be dining in and only use drive thru :)

Worst McDonald experience I ever had. Didn’t accept my coupon, wanted to complete my order before I was even done ordering, took way too long for my food to be ready (people who ordered more food than me AFTER me got their food before me), and when I got my food, they had my order wrong AND tried to make me feel guilty when I asked them to correct it. How complicated is it to give me a mcdouble, fries, and a smoothie? I didn’t even have any special requests for any changes. Never coming to this location ever again!

This McDonald’s has bad customer service there workers look miserable and have major attitudes. They constantly mess up orders and have not a care in the world when they do. If u ask them to please fill the soda cup up in the drive threw they just put more ice… did I say ice no, I said soda. This particular McDonald’s needs a visit from a big boss.

Normally when you think McDonalds you think good fries and decent food for a drive thru. A fast food staple really. Well this particular location is down right awful! I don’t know if this is where McDonald’s trains newbies or what, but it’s bad!
On several occasions they have given me partial orders, to the point now that I will NEVER return to this location. I seriously don’t think I should have to thoroughly inspect the contents of my order before leaving the drive thru… That is just absurd!
Here are some other flaws that have happened on several visits to this location.
–soggy luke warm fries
–burnt cold fries
–burnt chicken nuggets
–nuggets so dry and hard you’d think they were rocks
–not given any sauce even after asking twice
–wrong meat in a club sandwich
–rotten brown lettuce
–missing items. Yes ITEMS
— completely wrong order
–Long wait time
Over the past year this has been a convent location, however I think the extra 10 – 15 minutes to drive to another location would be worth it in the future.

They always get my order wrong. Every time. Besides that the food is ok.

Ok, had to supply a little relativity to my reviews, so need to do some bottom feeding. First, please don’t take this the wrong way Ronald. I have NO problem with the employee’s at this (or ANY McD), as they are simply the victim of a multi-​national rain-​forest depleting, low quality «beef» providing «restaurant». I’m sorry but I have to highly question anyone who gives ANY Mc Donalds more than 2 stars though, it sucks in quality even on a good day, people YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! Sadly, until the general public evolves their taste-​buds they will continue to encourage these «restaurants» to serve this slop. Get off your asses people, go to a grocery store and for gods sake learn to cook. or else I see nothing but «Happy» meals in your poor deprived future! LOL

All I wanted was a Reese Mcflurry! I was sadly disappointed when I got my order. It wasn’t even made correctly. The McDonald’s on Blackstone has this place beat! xo

Almost at the 6 month mark… problem still not fixed ! Apparently I was going to receive a $ 20 replacement gift card I believe that was about 3 months ago, actually went to the store and nobody new anything about it. Obviously I should of realized that McDonalds just doesn’t care about customer service… all I wanted was my coffee ! WTF is wrong with these people.

Not a fan of McDonald’s. I used to get the happy meal when I was little but as I grew older I just didn’t really care for McDonald’s. The food was hot & fresh and most importantly our order was right :) people friendly associates work here and don’t try to rush you which is a ++++. Overall I give this location 3 stars.
