Can’t stand the service department. I bought a brand new car from them bought the motor oil service plan and every time I come get a service done they always lack good mechanical services. Once they took almost two hours for a simple motor oil servicing and they were suppose to check the low tire pressure and they didn’t so I drove off to do it myself at a gas station. Another time they did a tire rotation and put the hub caps back on incorrectly smashing the steam valves in that’ll cause wear/​damage to it. The time after that same thing. This time they broke a clamp off of the hub cap cover so when I drove off my hub cap fell off and the other side was forced on incorrectly that it was only half on! I checked the service check off paper and it states I needed an air filter in which I just did it about 2,000 miles ago! I don’t live on a farm so my opinion is do these mechanics know what the heck they’re doing or even pays attention to anything?! Just because your records show I didn’t pay you to do it doesn’t mean it was not done. Do they actually open the covers to check or do they just suggest it because the schedule maintenance said so? Very disappointed! I paid for a tire rotation $ 20 now it’s going to cost me another $ 50 for a new set of hub cap covers. Total $ 70 for a tire rotation!!! Ridiculous! Extremely upset!!!

On Jan. 30^th I bought a new Nissan Rogue from this dealership. Everything went well and got a good deal. The bad thing was that the agreement was that I would put 2000.00 as down payment on Feb. 27^th. But they needed a check on the same day that I took the car. I did my part of the deal and gave them a check. On following Monday I need to go get a form from them for the DMV for my personalized license plates. There was nobody to be found. they knew I was coming and told me my form would be ready for me. I had to wait 20mins for one person and in the end another person had it the whole time. Wasting my time because they were not organize and bad communication on their part. The worst thing is still to come though. On Feb. 3^rd this dealership went ahead a cashed my check for the full 2000.00 dollars that I did not have in my acct. yet because the deal was to pay it on the 27^th. which the check was post dated on the 27^th, so my acct. got overdrawn, I called Lithia and was only able to speak to the receptionist, How convenient for them to be to busy to talk to a customer that they just took 2000.00 dollars from!!! Been waiting for a call back from them but nobody has called me. So I have just emailed the General Manager for LITHIA OF FRESNO and see if he or she calls me back. We shall see. Either way I am going to cut all ties with this dealership and make sure non of my friends and family members and their friends and family go here. I will get my car serviced at another Nissan dealership too. I will never go back!!!

Our salesman was very pushy when it came to signing papers, but not so nice or patient when asking questions about the paper work. Up until the last minute things we were promised kept changing. They claimed it was an accident when they tried entering the wrong warranty in the computer system, luckily I spotted it. We ended up having to pay for registration again, 2 months after we purchased the car, even though they said it would be taken care of when we purchased it. They screwed up the date on paper work and came to our house to have us resign, only this time they took the free life time oil change out of the contract. No one would help us, until I found Martha in finances. She was awesome, and went through the paper work and found it! I sure wish there were more people like her out there. Thank you Martha!

I actually bought my Altima from Lithia Nissan a while back… my salesman, Eli was awesome… he went through the trouble to go over each and every detail with me before I left the lot. The sales process was pretty laid back… I did do my research prior to buying my car and I felt they worked with me very well, where other places I went to seemed annoyed that I did my homework before coming in. I appreciate that they made sure I got exactly what I wanted with me car. No more no less. I wasn’t hustled or pestered to buy add ons or guilted into Paying more monthly then I initially asked for. I think if people go in informed and with a reasonable price in mind, you won’t be disappointed.

I had a very horrible experience at this dealership. First off the salesman Antonio did not know anything about the car I was interested in, he was just pulling stuff out of his ass which after doing research on my own pretty much everything he told me about the car was false, and I realized the price they were trying to sell me the car at was way overpriced compared to what other dealerships were selling the same vehicle for. He also blatantly lied about running my credit, I specifically asked if it was going to be a hard inquiry because I wasn’t quite ready to buy just yet and he told me it wasn’t and that it wouldn’t affect my credit… but guess what it did, I shouldn’t have believed him in the first place. When I had come back the next day to try to get some pricing both him and the finance manager tried telling me that we already had finalized a price, NOT true at all! They both sat there and tried to argue with me about it, I ended up just walking out. Such a rip off and horrible customer services, will never go back to this dealership!

The service department needs to work on their customer service skills. I brought my car in for a minor repair, properly diagnosed from my mechanic (Firestone) and brought all paperwork, including the code and description/​service bulletin from Nissan. Joseph informed me that they would need to perform their «own diagnostics» for an additional $ 115, after I just paid for that from my own mechanic. We argued for 15 minutes before I relented and just let them do it. He then tells me that if its covered by my warranty, I will not be charged for the diagnostics. Um, how about tell me that up front first of all. And second, how about honor the official diagnostic report my mechanic supplied you with? Guess what?! The code you ran came out the same as my mechanic gave you, and it was covered under my warranty! So, there was no charge for me! All the ugliness could have been avoided by Joseph not being so snotty and telling me upfront that chances were good I would not have to pay. And you should honor official diagnostics from other mechanics. I will only visit this business on an «as absolutely needed» basis, and would prefer to chose a different Nissan service department after this experience and especially after reading all the other bad reviews! You guys should know that these days, Unilocal reviews do matter and many/​most people use them to chose where to take their business.

I have been harassed since I was curious about one of their vehicles. I received 12 calls in one day from multiple numbers, they even started to text me. I couldn’t buy a car from them because it was shady from the get go.

Where do I begin I had such a horrible experience here. we were so excited to go in to buy a NEW car, so we finally found the perfect car and signed papers and later on received a new contract in the mail to be signed, on the contract it said USED car so I called Lithia Nissan and told them they made a mistake I spoke to MR. Frank Aldas (financial manger) and he said no it’s no mistake the car is used but at the time in person they said it was“NEW” they also sold it to me at a price of a new car. I told Mr aldas that this is fraud and he with an attitude responded «it’s not a big deal just return the car»

Went in and to my dismay I had to deal with Abraham and explained how they gave me the wrong spare and jack when I bought the car. He said it was too long since I bought the car so he couldn’t switch out the spare that was supposed to be there. He even went as far as saying I could have switched it. Once again no customer service, these guys are vultures with no concern for humanity or people in general. You will get what’s coming to you.

Went down to test drive a used car, had to go pump gas because it was on empty. When I asked what service had been done on it to justify having a sticker price that was $ 4,000 over kbb value I had to wait 5 minutes for the sales manager who told me I should «assume» that the previous owner did scheduled maintenance. when I told him he shouldn’t try to sell cars off of assumptions he got all upset and refused to tell me what service had been done on the vehicle. Also, the first salesman I talked to tried to tell me the car had brand new tires which was obviously a lie. The motor was basically power washed and coated with tire shine to make it look nice. I wouldn’t trust these people.

I bought a used luxury car from Lithia. I was told that the key was in their lockbox and the manager was out. Later that week the dealership admitted the financing fell though with another buyer and they failed to collect one of the keys. With a lot of back and forth they finally agreed to pay for half of the replacement key. They explicitly told me to wait for them to get a quote from Lexus and they would bill us half. After 2 weeks of waiting, I reported them to the better Business Bureau and they had the nerve to lie in their response to the BBB by stating I had not contacted them on taking them up on their offer of paying for half of the new key. So right now I am out $ 500 on a spare key and some one has a key to my car. Just horrible customer service and no concern for the customer safety.

The service here was horrible. I took my vehicle in for an AC problem and noise in the shocks, and the first thing they did was search the warranty and then come back and tel me there is a slight crack in the exhaust manifold and it’s covered by warranty. They neglected the original issues and I had to take the vehicle into another repair shop later that week to do what I originally needed to be done.
Consumer beware. Not to mention, if it was warranty work which took longer than expected, I should’ve been given a rental but didn’t get one. Very bad experience. I’m also saddened to hear the Clovis Nissan dealership was purchased by Lithia as well. No good!

This place has the WORST service in the world. They pushed my younger sister into buying a car she couldn’t afford and then after all the paper signing they wouldn’t give her the intelligent key!!! Even though she had the ad for the car saying it comes with one. They kept saying it’s a typo. It’s been almost a month and we’ve been going in every week for it, talking with the sales manager the sales rep! Everyone keeps giving us the run around! $ 20,000 car 2014 and no clicker when there are no key assess to the doors or trunk. Wth?! DON’T GIVE THEN ANY BUSINESS! NO STARS! WORST SERVICE EVER!

If you want ghetto, then this is the place for you. I can confirm with what allot of the other reviews are saying. Rude, arrogant, pushy and incompetent and much-​much more. I was just there this past weekend and felt like I was at a low-​class timeshare presentation. The worst part is, if something goes wrong with the vehicle you just purchased, they cop a big attitude.

Saw your commercial, comical at best-​no high pressure sales man… ahhh, perhaps a polygraph test is necessary. We came by to check out your lease program and what we got was some «professional» motor cross biker who did nothing but try to get to fill out a credit report before even trying understand; budget, product and timeline-​hint! Know your customer first before filing a credit report. If my budget doesn’t align with your programs it is futile to fill one out… yes?
No worries, because of this «experience» we went to Ford and had the best buying experience on record. To think no TV commercials needed!!!
Save your money and clean your house-​understand your customers buying signs and make it count.

If you enjoy a cocktail of incompetence, lack of professionalism, rudeness and arrogance, with a very bitter after-​taste, then head on over to this dealership!
Ordered our new car through USAA car buying service. Received a call to say they had it in stock. They followed up with an email, and several text messages. We explained we live two hours away and that I had to take time off work and bring our children, so we wanted a seamless transaction and they promised our car would be ready with all our chosen options installed (fog lights being the main issue for us). They followed up with an email and we noticed there was a considerable price difference. They told us this car had a «better» package. We told them we were not willing to pay for what we did not ask for and did not want to waste anyone’s time. Again the followed up with another text, phone call and email quoting us the agreed price.
When we got there, «my car» was waiting with my name displayed. We took it for a test drive. We sat down for the paperwork and they noticed it was the wrong car… the more expensive one! We went through the whole thing again, and they brought out the correct car. We noticed it did not have fog lights. The sales person told us they would have to order them. We were getting very upset. When they came back and told us we could only have fog lights at a higher price (even though we had already been charged for them in the quote), I demanded to speak to the manager. This sorry excuse of a manager came out. As I was explaining why I was upset he interrupted me. I asked him to let me finish. He interrupted again: I told him to let me finish. He got up, and said «if that is how you want to be, you are free to go»…unbelievable! By the way, one of the employees also told us that they are underpaid and badly treated and that he was looking for another job! We will be looking for another dealership!

I wish I could give no stars. This place royally screwed up and will no longer get any business from me or my family, and hopefully others after they read this. After a service bulletin was posted for my sisters car, she took it in and got a transmission cooler put in. No problem until that evening when the new hose came off and drained her car of all the transmission fluid. This being due to the fact that the mechanic forgot to put a clamp on the hose. Still not a big deal, because mistakes happen right? Wrong. Larry the service manager informed us that it was «illegal» for them to tow the vehicle to their service center (approximately 2 miles). We know this to be false, because not only is my dad a mechanic and tows cars to his shop when necessary as a customer courtesy, but I’ve also had my car towed to Ford at their expense before. Needless to say, we will NEVER go back.

Mike was my service advisor. I am nothing but impressed with how I was treated. I had some things I needed checked he had it checked and I had my car within an hour and a half. Love the service department here.

Abraham Santa-​something was a great rep to work with until we wouldn’t agree with his ridiculous (non) ‘discounted’ price. (They said it was an online posting error but that they would honor the price, like they were doing us a favor, when in fact, it wasn’t an error at all — 4 weeks later, it’s still not fixed online.)
Beware: Bait & Switch!
After the test drive, he came back with a 22% interest rate saying he couldn’t do better. I knew he was padding the rate and insisted he work it down. Instead, he wouldn’t budge and tried to demean me by saying it’s pretty much my fault the rate is so high by pointing out how terrible my credit was.
Yes, my credit was bad, but not 22% bad! So after going back and forth with him trying to shiest me (not just with the car price, but the interest rate too!), I walked because #1: As soon as it was time to negotiate the terms, Abraham became a shady guy, & #2: During negotiation, Abraham proved to be a bully and untrustworthy guy. He fits right into the stereotypical car salesman persona.
I’m so very glad I left Lithia because 5 days later, I got a –way– better car with Fresno Chrysler Dodge. My deal came out to $ 500 down and a 13.99% interest rate –and– I received a –way– more satisfying car buying experience.
