Way under staffed. Terrible first impression when I called the office to see if the current wait time for a drug screening is long and the girl snapped at me and said ‘No! But who’s to say that 10 people won’t walk in the door between now and the time you get here?!’ I understand her point but she delivered the information in a very rude and harsh manner. Please don’t go here if you have the availability to do your drug screening else where.

At lab corp in fresno what a disaster, one person on duty, signing patients in, checking insurance and taking blood. A room full of patients and no help in sight. Horrible!
