Brought in my month-​and-​a-​half old Note 2 with a cracked screen. They were very helpful, and went out of their way to make sure the repair was done right. The price was fair and much cheaper than some of the quotes I had seen online, plus since they’re in town there is no concern for shipping your device somewhere else. I would recommend them to anyone!

These guys screwed up my new iPad 4. I had a broken screen due to a drop. Took it and got it back few days later. iPad screen was replaced however a massive dark grey cloud covered half of the screen. I asked for a refund. She said no refunds but gave me mere $ 25 reduction. Took it to Apple and they said the motherboard was damaged and it could not be fixed. They also mentioned the home button was put on inproperly. Took it back to k-​mobile to at least fix the home button. They gave it back to me with a new issue. Certain letters on the keyboard can’t be pressed. I don’t even want to deal with them anymore. Brand new iPad 4 ruined.
