With nearly fifteen years experience in Oral Surgery including endodontic surgery, extractions, exposure of impacted canines, and of course removal of wisdom teeth. Dr Alzate’s expertise will provide you with the best possible results.

Dr. Juan Jose Alzate is an active member of the American Dental Association (ADA), The California Dental Association (CDA), The Fresno and Madera Dental Society (FMDS), and the Central California Hispanic Chamber of Commerce (CCHCC).

Business Owner

Born, raised, and educated in Colombia, Dr. Juan Jose Alzate began his dentistry career shortly after his graduation in 1992. Since graduation, continuing education has been a constant part of Dr. Alzate’s career. In 1996 he obtained his Oral Surgery Certification and Diploma from the Autonomous University of Manizales, Colombia. In 1998, and after two years of practicing Oral Surgery in his native country, Dr. Alzate moved to Orange County, California to pursue his American dream of happiness and success based on work and talent; not social status, family wealth or political connections.
