The employees here are very nice. I’ve came here many times for a quick fast food run, and I have yet to be treated in any manner less than kind. This location is always open, and the staff (mainly consisting of young girls) is always friendly and happy to help. Food is warm. No complaints!

It is 2: 15 am went through drive thru and waited 5 minutes and was told that they’re closed. Asked them weren’t they a 24 hour no response. Drove by the window and hours said 24 hrs. Disappointed because my sisters and I always come to this one.

I LOVE this location, the drive through employees kick ass!
It really is the box that rocks honestly… I’ve never been inside, only through the drive through but they are always enthusiastic and lively about taking my order.
The fries are always hot and the employees always thank you for my business. They get it. They understand that a simple smile can win the heart of a customer and bring them back. I will definitely be back to this location… its football fields better than the Madera location (which received a 1 star rating from me).
Go here if you are craving a late night foody call.

Not listening is the title of this review. Friendly attitude and good food but…@ the drive thru menu I asked for the new Buttery Jack burger with no vegetables and the response I got was «so that’ll be a number 2?». Then pulling away, to see if the burger was warm, I glanced at it and noticed it loaded with vegetables

Jacob, made my mouth pussy so happy. Loads and loads of Jacob sauce tasted so good. I’ve never been as happy as I am, right now, with this mouthful of sauce. His taco was so tender. His egg roll so symmetrical. His chimney changas brought all the boys to the yard; but they’re like, its better than your’s. Damn right! It’s better than yours. He could teach you, but he’d have to charge.

Just went to the JITB to get an Oreo shake. Although our order was only for 3 drinks/​shakes AND it was 10pm, everything went perfectly! The girl at the drive thru was polite and made sure our order was correct. Many people would be irritated by having to work the drive thru at 10pm or later but she was extremely sweet and professional. Good to see that customer service is not totally dead in America!
More fast food joints should have Oreo shakes! These are my fav!

Drive thru took a little. longer than normal and for just a chicken salad. The salads were okay. The lady who took our order was nice and patient while we asked her how many calories Are in the salads.

The food is standard JITB fare. However, this must be the SLOWEST JITB on the planet. I was there for lunch today. The drive through was 12 cars deep. The line at the counter was 12 persons deep. There was ONE register open taking orders. There was ONE person handling the drive-​thru window. Judging from how long it took the orders to come out, there was only ONE person in the kitchen.
Avoid this JITB. Keep driving until you see the next one. You’ll be glad you did.
