I’ve been coming to this jack in the box pretty regularly when I need a quick meal or snack. On average the food quality is up to par of other competing fast food franchises. One of the pros with this jack in the box is that they have a Coca Cola freestyle soda machine which is always great. However today when I walked in the fryer was having mechanical problems which meant that I couldn’t order any fried food (fries, nuggets, and the bang for your buck tacos). Also the employees efficiency was not at optimum level; things such as attitude, customer service, and cooking just wasn’t up to par like that of taco bells around the area. I’d give this jack in the box a 2 star which isn’t that bad for a fast food restaurant franchise. Would I return? Yes on occasion not as a regular tho.

–affordable; great value menu
–recently added a Coca-​Cola Freestyle, which lets you choose from 100+ beverages

Cons:
–I had to wait a very long time for my food
–the fryer was broken when I went, so I was unable to order any fried food
–my cheeseburger was very disappointing; it was small and unappealing; comparable to a McDonald’s cheeseburger, but with less beef and less grease
–on several occasions I’ve had to wait just to order
–inefficient employees

I had to toss my food. It was awful. The hash brown was so oily it didn’t hold its shape. My friend was so embarrassed for them she said to squeeze it out.
The bread was stale and the eggs were nettie and the soda flat. Last time we come to this location.
