Jessica the morning bank teller today 10⁄13 was very rude, sad to say there are only 2 branches in Fresno… she has no customer service what so ever!!! I have spoken to the branch manager regarding her a couple months ago, obviously nothing has been done! Apparently I am going g to have to write a letter to corporation.

I would give them 5 stars but there is a worker there young girl maybe around her twenties who always gives me a dirty look when I want to cash my whole check. That girl needs to get it a attitude check or something every time I go in its always her that I have to talk to sometimes I choose to let someone go in front of me if its her and wait for the next person to help me. Besides that its not a bad experience I just wish they had more ATMs in Fresno or just get rid of that girl.

I chose to bank with Golden 1 Credit Union because they have branches throughout the state, which was important to me. I researched a bit before going into the physical branch to make certain that they didn’t have some odd membership eligibility criteria, which they didn’t. A teller assisted me immediately and connected me to a member relationship specialist. He was thorough in explaining their membership and answering all my questions. I felt the process took less than 20 minutes.
I recommend banking with credit unions in general. The bonus with Golden 1 is they have branches all over California. I had a very positive experience at this location and imagine that if anyone were to have an issue in the future, the staff here would be attentive enough to address your concerns.
