Fresno Mobile Home and RV Park

Older Mobile Home Park and not in the best part of town, but the grounds were well maintained and the park is very quite with plenty of trees.
Sam was very helpful and guided us into our RV Space.
Stayed there for three days in a Class A Motorhome.

When you pull in to this park, the care and pride of ownership is immediately evident. Everything is spotless and well-​tended. Pathways have flower borders, there are lots of shady trees, bathrooms are clean. Lots of grassy little areas, well-​lit walkways, etc. If we needed a place to stay in this area for a period of time, this would be high on our list.
Our visit, however, was for a one-​night stay. I would say that this park is not as well set up for overnight guests, as much as longer term residents. Sam was very accommodating, but our spot required having a gate unlocked for us each time we went in/​out — I felt bad for him as we arrived after 9pm, and left at 6 am. Our site (20b) was immediately behind another RV site (20a), at the very furthest corner of the park — internet did not reach us at all, and it was a bit of a hike to the bathrooms/​showers. Rate was $ 40 per night.

This is the best park in Fresno hands down. A few of the great things, you actually get a small yard, something many parks these days seem not to offer unless you pay a fortune. The managers/​owners (Sam and Alisha) are some of the nicest people I have met. The other long term residents are also very friendly. I stayed only a month and feel like I have known everyone forever. The pool is clean, the park is clean (Sam is always working, painting, power washing etc). Trust me, you won’t want to stay anywhere else in Fresno. All the parks are in the same area of Fresno which isn’t the best part of town but this place makes you feel welcome.
