The reviews for Jarod were spot on. 5 star professional. Our carpets were embarrassingly bad. We have light shaggy carpet and two dogs that shed like crazy, especially the rottweiler. It really didn’t seem to matter.
Jarod went to town. I couldnt believe how well it turned out. Everything looks so clean and if i ddint know better i would think the carpet was brand new. Even the entry way stains, because our light carpets show the worst dirt near the entry ways of rooms came almost perfectly clean. Our carpet is 8 years old and has never been cleaned like this.
We will definitely use Fresno Carpet Care again.

Jarod has cleaned my carpet multiple times throughout the past 5 years. The first time I called was when I bought my first house. The carpets were dingy from high traffic walking areas and had a scent of cats from the previous owner. Jarod fixed it and took the time needed to make sure the job was done well.
After the great work, I had to call him again. Not only did Jarod clean what was asked, he also took the time to protect my furniture since I had occupied the house for some time. He took care to make sure the wooden feet of my couches and entertainment center were not damaged.
Jarod has great prices and they are simply stated so you don’t have to worry about if you’re getting the best deal from him.
He is professional and polite, careful with his tools near your walls and entrances, and takes time to answer any questions. He’s a family man, local, and does the work himself which I prefer than calling a customer service automated machine. I’m already booking him again for my new house!

Jarod has been cleaning my carpets for a few years now. He is always punctual and efficient. He always leaves my carpets fresh and clean. Once we had a particular stain and he went above and beyond to get rid of it.

Sometimes your carpet just gets dingy! Well I have had another company come out to clean my carpets earlier this year (I like to get them done every 6 months) and they were rude. I set out to find a company with good ratings and Fresno carpet care is who I found. Couldn’t be happier. The two men who came were courteous and made fast work of the job. My carpets look and smell great and the price was hard to beat. Good Christian company =)

Jarod was awesome. Not only did my carpet turn out great, but Jarod went out of his way to help me. I was moving, and needed to have my rental cleaned. He squeezed me into his busy schedule, went to my home while I was at work, cleaned the carpets and allowed me to pay over the phone. This was all a last minute notice, too. I had called him that day! Seriously had a great experience and highly recommend him and his service.

Highly recommended! We recently purchased a home with carpets and tile that were in less-​than-​pristine condition. Fresno Carpet Care did an excellent job from start to finish — no nonsense with quoting a price, the cost was reasonable and… the best part… the carpets and tile looked fantastic after the cleaning. We had the carpets cleaned mainly so we could determine which carpets to rip out but, after the cleaning, they looked near-​new. The tile looked equally great. Thumbs up!

Great service. Showed up on time and answered right away when I called. My floor tile was much better after a good cleaning. If you need carpets cleaned he has a $ 99 special going on now. I am going to get my carpets cleaned next time.

Fresno Carpet Care is a terrific company that does an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I had one room that the previous owners seemed to never have vacuumed. The off white carpet almost looked brown from the traffic stains. Jarod got the carpet looking like new again! He is always on time and professional. I highly recommend Fresno Carpet Care!

We’ve used Fresno Carpet Care multiple times to clean the carpets in our house. Jared is friendly, professional, and does a fantastic job. He usually gets to us within a day or two. He is always on time (sometimes a little early, which I love and he always calls to make sure it is okay to arrive a few minutes early). My carpets are always very clean when he leaves. Unlike with other companies I have used in the past, the spots don’t come back up in a few days or weeks. The carpets are actually clean! I highly recommend Fresno Carpet Care!
