Famous Tri-Tip

Famous Tri-​Tip is a newly opened business which has taken over the spot where I believe Mama’s Café use to be. It is located towards the front of the Fresno Community Hospital’s emergency room on Diviaisero. The restaurant has some chairs and tables and there were two employees working at the time; I am guessing that one of the employees was the owner.
I ordered the Tri-​Tip sandwhich, chips, and a Coke. The sandwhich was served with mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, cheese, pickles, oil, and BBQ sauce. The tri-​tip was tender and fell apart, and the bread roll was soft and fresh. The sandwhich was so big, that couldn’t fit anymore inside myself, therefore I saved the remainder for later.
Although, there was a bit of confusion during the lunch hour, the workers seemed to try their best, and it is understandable that with time, efficiency will embark. The food is worth it and I will be back!
