Our expert consulting helps nonprofits, foundations, and public agencies achieve social impact through meaningful program evaluation and strategic planning efforts.

History

Established in 1999.

ERC began in 1999 when a father offered his son a chance to pay off a debt. At the time, Dr. Steve Price was an educational program administrator at Fresno State University. His son, Stephen, was a recent seminary graduate leading an outreach program for disadvantaged youth in the Sacramento area. After several months of sending financial support, Dr. Price «wised up» and offered his son work on a series of grant writing projects for a small, rural school district. The projects were successful, word quickly spread, and ERC was born.

Today, the company has developed far beyond grant writing. ERC has expanded to offer research, evaluation, and technology services for K-12 school districts, colleges, universities, and non-profit organizations. We are a diverse team of consultants talented in writing grant proposals, evaluation design, statistical analysis, programming custom software, managing large-scale databases, conducting focus groups, constructing surveys and assessments,
