This is CRIS MEAT MARKET and not CHRIS MEAT MARKET
This used to be the original Chris Meat Market location and they sold it several years ago.
After I could not find Tripas around the corner at CHRIS’s, so I came over here.
They did have Tripas so I order a couple of them «Crispy»
I also ordered the Chicharrón and Adobada Taco
All were a disappointment
The Tripas were not cooked «Crispy» as I has asked and they became like mush when I unpacked them
As for the Adobada, I took one bite of that and threw it away. The meat was too tough
Now for the Chicharron Taco. that was mush also, all reminded me of slop for pig food.
What a disappointment
Will not go back
