Established in 1988.

Our practice was established by Richard Kilmer in 1988 on Fresno Street. Our philosophy has always been to treat patients like our friends and family. Dr. Costanzo joined the practice in 2004. We continued to excel in creating a caring, professional environment along with incorporating new technological advancements in orthodontics. Dr. Kilmer retired from Fresno in 2008 and the practice became Costanzo Orthodontics. Since then, we have continued to pursue excellence along with moving to a new location on Maple and Herndon. We are very proud of our office and the experience and treatment we provide for our patients. We offer creative orthodontic solutions for all ages…8 to 86! Yes, we have had patients in their 70’s and 80’s. No one is ever too old to create the smile they have always wanted. We are more than thrilled to contribute to the quality of someone’s life.

Dr. Costanzo received his Bachelors degree in Combined Sciences from Santa Clara University. He went on to receive his dental education at the University of the Pacific. Graduating at the top of his class he was elected to several dental and academic honors societies. Dr. Costanzo continued at UOP where he completed his orthodontic residency in 2004, also receiving his Masters of Science in Dentistry. During his residency, Dr. Costanzo received advanced training in a wide variety of modern orthodontic techniques including straightwire, self– ligation, Invisalign, and Temporary Anchorage Devices. He is also a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthodontics.

Dr. Costanzo continues to study the latest developments in orthodontic treatment and he, along with his highly trained staff, is confident that he is providing orthodontic care of the highest quality for patients of all ages.
