Completely disappointed in this business. I had been eyeing her Instagram for ages at the beautiful designs and finally decided to order. They are outrageously expensive, which I came to understand because of how unique and special these cookies are (or thought). Then finally when it came time to order I was totally disappointed. I could have made better looking cookies myself!!! They were plain and it looked like she slapped on the frosting. And of course she never posted a pic of them online because she probably knew how bad they looked. She did make them a few days early for me which I am grateful for. But if she was not going to not give me her best, I wouldn’t have asked for them at all.

Well, I finally got my money back from PayPal after the owner said «there was nothing else she could do». This was after she blamed the problem on me. Said I didn’t get her email. Funny thing is, she had my phone number and I had received an email from her earlier in the week. Amazing that she couldn’t accept responsibility. I have NO IDEA how this woman is still in business. I’m still mad at myself for not checking Unilocal and BBB (where she has an «F» and 9 complaints against her) before ordering and giving her money.
STEER CLEAR!!!

This is a scam. We ordered cookies in january for five different relatives to have delivered by Valentine’s Day. She said they would be delivered between Feb 12^th and 14^th. Nobody received them and she isn’t responding to any messages. We are out $ 110. A close friend of ours experienced the exact same thing. One star is too high, but it won’t let me go lower.

Beware– Do not order from her!!! You will not get your cookies or a refund when they don’t arrive! I don’t understand how she is still in business.

I am very surprised cookie couture is still in business! I’m reading more negative comments about her, after our experience, PLEASE note-​read the 2^nd page, on Unilocal potential customers…

She’s a flake! She will take your money and message you like she’s going to come through and then never does. I sent her money on paypal for a Christmas order of over $ 100 and she never got back to me. She finally got back and said she’d double the money in credit for a next time. Well I’ve tried on valentines day, Father’s Day and now a graduation party that she said she would deliver too and never did! (This was yesterday) I think I need to contact the news about her business. This is just crazy and very unprofessional!

Unilocaler’s be worn! I ordered my cookies on April 22 for my daughters first communion in May. I called, emailed and I never heard from her until 4 days after my daughters first communion informing me she had the wrong date. So, we had NO cookies. Even though I emailed 2 weeks in advance and the week of the event for coordination. She then informed me she can do them for another event, so for my daughters birthday June 7. I let her know the 2^nd week in May that I would like her to make cookies for her birthday. I emailed the week of and confirmed I can pick up the day of. 30min before picking up she emails me telling me she had a family emergency and that she made the cookies, but not packaged and that she can deliver them on Sunday. Well Sunday came and went and we have yet to see the cookies and or my refund. Unbelievable, I can’t believe someone would run a business like this. Literally the worst business I’ve ever dealt with. Wish I would’ve read these tips and reviews sooner. Raven called the night before my baby shower to let my party host know that she would not be able to get the cookies to us for the shower due to an emergency (which she also did to a family friend but we gave her the benefit of the doubt thinking that couldn’t possibly happen twice)… I understand that emergencies happen and that is not the worst part. My party host tried calling AND emailing raven SEVERAL times about a refund and didn’t get a response until more than two weeks after the party when we emailed her and threatened to report her to the BBB. Raven finally responded with a very nasty, UNPROFESSIONAL (to say the least) email and eventually gave the refund. Never again!

The WORST bussines ever conducted by anyone. Please read all the reviews and tips at the bottom before you pay any money to this woman! She has ripped off a lot of people. Has been almost a week since she sent me an email claiming to look up my invoice for a refund. She has a phone that she sends messages and can post her pics on Facebook but will refuse to call me I have yet to see my refund. Next step to file a claim with Better Business Bureau or Small claims. She should not get away with this! I’m sure ABC 30 would not have featured her in a part of their broadcast the other night had they done their homework. By the way I only put one star because it won’t let you put less!

I also had a terrible experience with Raven. Never received my order and she would not return my calls. After filing a complaint with the BBB and PayPal, I finally received a refund. The business practices are very unprofessional & unethical to say least.

IMO — No INTEGRITY Not TRUSTWORTHY… I’m sure her products are wonderful, they seem very well done… I signed up for a class Raven offered, I had a family issue come up, and I asked to change the date, as she was offering two. I had to send multiple message for days, with no response. After posting on her Facebook, where others could see, she immediately replied. I had just contacted Paypal, requested a refund. After an exchange of emails, she agreed to refund my money, even though her policy is NO REFUNDS. Okay great, longer story short… Raven has STILL never refunded my money… ever…even after multiple emails from her stating she would. She blocked me from her COOKIE COUTURE OF FRESNO Facebook page, I can only assume, so I could not leave her messages… She had more excuses than ever, and for me, bad business is bad business. Do what you say you will do, nothing more, nothing less, pay it forward, word of mouth says a lot.
**PAYPAL ruled for her and did not refund my money because I did not follow through with their escalation policy. They are currently investigating the claim and her emails… possible account closure…
I trusted her, she said she was going to return the money, I just felt it was wrong to escalate if was refunding on her end. Small claims court is next… What’s $ 10 more???

Sorry Raven, what you did wasn’t professional, very ethical, or at the very least,

I had a horrible experience with Raven. I was so disappointed the day of the baby shower and the cookies were delivered one hour late. The cookies were party favors as well as decorations for the tables. Unfortunately all of our guests were seated when the cookies finally arrived. Raven handled the matter in such an unprofessional way. Would not suggest using cookie couture.

I can’t comment on the taste or quality of the cookies because when I ordered and paid for my cookies I was unsuccessful in receiving them. The customer service was awful and it came directly from the owner, Raven.

I ordered my daughter’s first birthday cake through Cookie Couture and it was never delivered. The owner, Raven, did not return my phone calls, texts or messages. I ended up having to get a cake last minute from the grocery store, the morning of her party. I will never use this business again. I caution anyone else too as well. You might end up empty handed on your big day, with zero communication from the owner. Wish I had read the tips at the bottom of this Unilocal page. I’m not the only one she’s burned!

For anyone Who read my other post things have been fixed. Raven has made everything right. And as I stated in my other comment I have always received awesome cookies.

I don’t really understand how it’s possible for cookie couture to receive less than 5 stars, not only are the cookies beautiful, unique, and tasty but the customer service provided is always exceptional. I highly recommend this bakery and have never had any issues. You can really tell that love, creativity, and hard work go into every single hand piped cookie!

The owner of cookie couture is kind, accommodating, professional and creative! I ordered about 80 cookies for a baby shower and they turned out perfect and delicious! Even though I picked up the cookies the night before, the cookies were soft and yummy at the shower! Everyone raved about them :) She is so crafty with her decorating. it’ll set your desserts apart! wouldn’t recommend anyone else for cookies and dessert bars!

I was completely blown away by the cookies that I received from Cookie Couture Fresno! I ordered several different Christmas items as gifts as well as some to have here at home. They were a huge hit with everyone! Raven’s attention to detail was impressive. I had no idea anyone could decorate a cookie so well. The cookies were gorgeous, delicious, and beautifully presented. I was so happy with the cookies that I ordered, I have made two more orders (Valentine’s for my daughter’s class as well as superheros for my sons birthday)! Raven was wonderful to work with. She is very professional and a really sweet person! I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend Cookie Couture to anyone!

I ordered cookies for a birthday party. They were better than I imagined! Everyone loved them.

I order some cookies to be delivered and she got the order wrong. When I called to discussed this with her she did not answer her phone nor did she returned my voicemails.
