All I can say is great service and great people. The techs here were very helpful and informative. The prices on both their laptops and desktops were really nice, I ended up purchasing a dell laptop for about 150 or so and it came and I’m very satisfied with it so far. I will definitely come in again to purchase another computer soon as a xmas present!

All I can say is «WOW»…this place is pathetic. I went in there to discuss having a system made, and no one on the staff were interested in working with me to configure and purchase a system.
When I first got to the counter, I smiled, and a young lady who was working on a system smiled back and said, «How can I help you?» I told her I was interested in having a system configured and built. She lost her smile and said, «Ohhhhh, ummmmm, okay, maybe this gentleman here can help you.» Alrighty, maybe she is not a salesperson.
I smiled and the gentleman that came to help me, and he too seemed very disinterested in helping me configure a system-​he sounded bored. Nonetheless, I kept trying to engage with him in a conversation to tell him my needs, etc. After about 10 minutes of him sounding bored, his heavy sighs, etc., I just said, «You know what, I’m good. Thanks for your time.» He replied, «Yeah, ok, sorry! You have a good day Sir».
As I was leaving, he seemed eager to join the other techs in whatever it was they were doing. They were all standing around visiting, laughing, etc.
Side note, there were no other customers in the store except me.

Oh, what a difference a year makes! I had used these guys for years but now that has all changed. Their staff now has some techs that are arrogant enough to change/​install programs without prior consent. They have no idea how long it takes to complete your work. For Fresno, they are probably at or near the top of the heap for computer work. Unfortunately, that heap is a pile of horse manure. I wound up picking up my computer and going to a box store that drives around in VW bugs.

I took my computer into the shop yesterday. After 6 years the hard drive failed. I got a call this morning saying the computer was repaired and ready to be picked up! Couldn’t believe how quickly they repaired it and it runs great again! Very friendly and knowlegable staff.

BRAVO! This is the only computer repair place to go. The people here are honest, they keep you informed, and they are nice even if there is a problem and it is «user error» (MY ERROR!!) One reviewer said the employees are cold and look at you with sideways glances or some crazy thing, and this is so not true. All of the employees are helpful, friendly, know their stuff, and the place is always welcoming. The first time I brought a computer in here had to be about 5 years ago, and then again about 2 years ago, and then about a month ago. It is always consistent –friendly, professional, and done right.

Good service, reasonably priced. They have taken good care of various laptops, now we asked them to come to my office to take care of my network of 2 servers and 10 workstations. Now everything runs like clockwork.

I tried to give a 4 and ½ star rating, but it wouldn’t let me. A 5 star rating from me would be a great experience… plus a trip to the moon. :-)
In mid 2012, I started having many problems with my lap top computer. I found Computer Mania and hence our relationship began. Whenever I took my lap top in they always did me right and took good care of me. Finally, when my computer was done responding to attempted repairs and ready to retire, I ended up buying a really affordable refurbished lap top from this store. And… thankfully, I listened to my intuition and purchased the reasonably priced 1 year extended warranty as well. I was really happy with the refurbished computer for about 6 months, and then the wireless receiver (a hard-​drive issue) quit working and rendered the computer useless. Sure was grateful for purchasing that warranty! So, now they have replaced that computer with a new refurbished model, and extended my 1 year warranty, no hassle, no fuss. Wonderful!
I really am glad that I found this place, and grateful to have the guys there to rely upon and to offer expert advice. Honestly, I don’t think that I have been the easiest customer, and yet they continue to treat me well and take good care of me. Thanks Guys!

I just read the review written by Anonymous G on 3÷26÷13 about the new staff and their friendliness… and I want to share that I don’t find the staff to be unwelcoming or unfriendly, however, more smiles and more friendliness could only be an added bonus to the good service that’s already offered. :-)

Wow, this place has changed, specifically, the entire staff has been re-​shuffled with new-​hires and seemingly new attitudes too. The ownership, I believe is the same, but the management has been changed, and for the worse. Gone is the friendliness and smiles associated with the former staff (about two years ago). They have been replaced by an up-​tight manager and team who greet you with cold glares when you enter the door and exhibit shifty eyes whenever you talk to them. Each front staff is quite aggressive in their sales tact, I might add.
There is a coldness that has cascaded over the establishment that was not present years ago when their was a sense of «soul» to the store, a casualness to the environment that was a bit playfui and fun. Now it’s like walking into a walk-​in refridgerator. They’ve also hiked their prices up too. Shame, that this has happened. They were once the go-​to place.

This place has been around awhile and it only gets better with time. The owner is a nice and friendly man and the staff are all great. They know what they are talking about and they get the job done with a reasonable price. Definitely the best in town.
