I would not recommend anyone to open an account with this Chase branch unless it is absolutely necessary– it’s worth opening an account even if you are paid to do so.
It took over an hour and twenty minutes for a banker to call my name so that I could close my account on Thursday. The saddest part of this story is that there were only two people in front of me when I arrived at 2pm, signed in, and waited in the lobby for my turn. I didn’t leave until 4pm that day.
Needless to say this experience left me without having the urge to ever return. Additionally, Chase charges a $ 12 service fee to hold my money when there are other banks in the area who will do this for free.
