Came here after we had so many bad experiences at our last dentist. Pre-​registration, first appointment, the staff made it the most wonderful experience they have gave gain a family of 5 as patients for life.
Very happy with our experience here and we give it five stars

Professionalism is an understatement for the staff here. from the receptionist to the Dr. They make sure your comfort is the number 1 priority. This coming from someone who hates goung to the dentist. and now i can say i cant wait for my upcoming visit…

I am filing a complain AGAINST YOU with the dental board. You were supposed to extract my left molar. which was the worst experience of my life thanks to your for horrible skills. You lie to me I still have the root from that supposed extraction you did. I am going to file as many complaints I can. Even going to take you to court if I can. make sure next time you are doing a procedure on somebody you know what you are doing. You put me through so much pain. Had no compassion.

I have now been to this office twice. Each time the customer service was outstanding. Each and every employee makes you feel welcomed. They answer all your questions and go into detail regarding your treatment. Dr Gill is very east to talk to and compassionate. They even worked up a plan to accommodate my finances. On this last visit, I had my teeth scaled and cleaned by Jonelle, the hygienist. She did an excellent job.
I had gone to my previous doctor for years, then I retired and no longer had dental coverage. After many years of no dental check ups, I finally found a low rate plan, but I was limited to doctor options. My previous doctor, whom I was very happy with, was not covered by this new plan. Did a little research and I feel very fortunate to have found Champlain Dentistry. If you are looking for a dental office with caring and qualified personnel, I would highly recommend Champlain Dentistry.

Let me begin by saying I’m one of those weird people who LOVES going to the dentist. So, I was excited to go to the new dental office conveniently located less than a block from my home. The office is very nice.
Paperwork is competed on an IPad. not my thing but it was fine. Staff was very friendly from initial call in, the reminder call, etc.
I’d scheduled myself, my husband & my son for a cleaning. I asked for first appointment of the day as to avoid a wait so we could leave to work afterward. I planned on this whole endeavor taking about an hour, maybe a bit longer. It had been over a year for all of us and teeth cleaning was definitely much needed.
They have a lot of new technology, which is fine but what we were most interested in was clean teeth. This was a bit of a disaster. We were immediately escorted back, xrays taken (SO many xrays…) And then the waiting game began. There were 3 staff members including the Dr, no other patients waiting or otherwise, and it seemed like there was zero planning or staggering of activities. We finally got out at 10:15 (2 hrs 15 mins) later and that was only because I was insisting that my husband & I had to leave & go to work.
My main issues: it felt like their only interest was in up-​selling services. I’m double insured and apparently basic flouride isn’t included w/​a cleaning. Really? Most dentists provide flouride standard.
After the xrays and exam, the receptionist comes back & makes you sign more forms, trying to lock you into services. It was SUCH a put-​off. Terrible format.
When it was finally time to clean my teeth, the Dr did it. She’s definitely NOT a hygenist. She spent about 5 minutes running some drill-​type tool across my teeth. Zero scraping between teeth. No picking at the tartar. Not thorough at all. I was in shock.
After she finished, the assistant polished my teeth. Kind of. He then ran some floss between my teeth. There is no sink to rinse. No mouthwash. Nothing. My mouth felt dirty & unfresh. My husband had the same experience. We had to go home & brush our teeth afterward because they simply weren’t clean.
My son didn’t even get the drill/​cleaning device. The DDS told her asst. to just use the polish. He really needed a cleaning and nothing was done.
My husband’s comment the second we stepped outside: «NOT impressed.» We were shocked at what had just taken place.
I’m mad. We’ve wasted our semi-​annual cleanings on this place. I will have to go pay cash w another dentist & get an actual cleaning elsewhere. I’d highly recommend Dr Gil go get a cleaning at a real dentist & see how its supposed to go.
Friendly? Yes. Clean office? Yes. That was about it. A waste of time and I’m sure my insurance was charged sufficiently for these non-​cleanings. Not happy.

Can not recommend them enough! I was terrified to go to the dentist and Dr. Gill was patient and comforting. The customer service is outstanding! I will definitely be returning with a smile on my face!

So. I am writing this review coming from someone who has a deep fear of needles at doctors (lots of negative childhood memories)
I am also writing this in the parking lot before I even leave because I think that highly of them .
Walking in the door I was instantly greeted by their receptionist… of whom I forget the name, for that I apologize, we had a joke going where her name was «Tim» haha and now it’s stuck in my head… anyways I digress.
I was checked in and sat to wait for the doctor to call me. He was very prompt and I was in for my appointment immediately. The staff on a whole is very friendly and chatty. I had an enjoyable time talking with Dr. Walker and his tech «fabio» about animals and what not. Had my ex rays done and found out I needed two fillings… crap… that means needles and pain right … WRONG! thankfully mine were minor cavities, a very easy and simple payment plan was created and I was fast on my way for fillings and a teeth cleaning. Dr. Walker was friendly cheerful and professional during the procedure, both him and his tech were very attentive to my comfort level. I am very pleased with the service and look forward to my next cleaning. This place has renewed my hope that not all doctors equal pain :)

Customer service is off the charts. The staff was very friendly and I will be a customer for life. You will not be disappointed.

If you need work done then this is the Dentist office to come. The Dr. Here is a Super Awesome Rock Star, an The entire staff gives you that welcoming feeling. You can really tell they all genuinely care. I got an x-​ray, teeth cleaning and a crown done. Thank you all very much.
