«We don’t deliver to that area». After they had told me they could, they just didn’t want to pick up late. This was in summer, obviously you want to keep a water slide until sun sets. I was understandable and thought well heck I can change the time to an early pick up and drop off, as they had suggested. Therefore, I let them know I was willing to change the time and well the rest is history. I let another slide go, because I thought they had better items and did not end up with either. The person never got back to me either. Bad service unfortunately.

I worked with Nick to provide some fun and entertainment for my company’s summer picnic. He was a blast to work with and his inflatables and dunk tank were the highlight of the party. His staff showed up on time. They were super friendly, fun guys and stuck around for the entire event to provide the best customer service possible. I will definitely be using California Jumping of Fresno again for a future event. High recommended!!!
