Original owners are back!
The first Brahma Bull opened on Maple and Shaw across from Fresno State and later moved to Shaw and Marks. It was the first Indian restaurant in the valley. In 1998, the Sudanagunta family sold the Fresno location and opened Brahma Bull in Palo Alto, close to Stanford University any many Silicon Valley celebrities used to visit them. The family sold the restaurant and ran a catering business for 6 years. After Rama heard that the Fresno Brahma Bull wasn’t doing well, she bought the Fresno location back.
Rama and her family come from a village in South India where the Brahma Bull comes from.

Rama believes in eating healthy. She feeds her customers exactly what she feeds her family so there is no question of quality!
In her cooking, she uses nutritionally rich ingredients such as turmeric, cloves, mustard seeds, cumin, cardamom, ginger, garlic, green chillies, curry leaves, etc.
Most of her preparations have a lot of spices but are pretty mild. Let her know if you want anything spicy!
