Boomers

Took my niece for a day of fun. We played laser tag, rock climbed, rode the go-​karts and played miniature golf. My recommendation would be to let the attends know when you want to use an attraction otherwise you kinda just stand there and wait. Once we got the hang of asking for an attendant things went a lot better.
Once we finished up outside went inside to grab a snack. The selection of snacks weren’t the best but it was just enough to keep us going. Wish there was a bit more maintenance, but it wasn’t too bad. My niece had a blast, that’s what important!

Had fun but… everything was in poor shape. The golf course was missing lights (I was playing at night too) and was dirty and filled with cockroaches. The arcade itself was okay but many things were dusty or not working. This place needs a major face lift soon or I am sure its gonna shut down and loose its business to Jons Incredible

ALWYS gotta come thru to boomers when we swing thru fresno! LUV this place! Laser tag, (of course cause I always win! Ha!) mini golf, bumper boats, rock climbing, go karts and of course the games! There is a small food court but we usually eat before we come here. Have fun & win lots of points! ;)

I really love boomers! Its so fun and could be cheap. I read this review about this guy who put $ 5 into the kiosk and only obtained $ 4 worth of points and thought to myself that he obviously did not read the huge sign on top of him saying the actual card is a dollar. I go on Thursdays when you can just pay $ 10 for unlimited attractions for 2hrs. I asked an employee about the long waits and she told me that they send their staff upon request by the costumer. After knowing this I would just ask an attendant to send an employee to which ever ride I wanted to get on and had little to no wait time.

Was really disappointment when I went with my boyfriend to boomer for a fun day out and my phone, debit, his debit and cc were stolen out of my purse while playing laser tag after I left my purse where the worker said too… The management said only the gm has access to cameras, they don’t know where gm was they couldn’t hold the people who did it. They did walk through and find our cards but to not be able to hold the people suspected or review the camera is upsetting. All we got was sorry and be on our way… Will never go back

In a big group it’s awesome because you ignore the minor inconveniences. We laser tag, the rock wall, go carts. I felt like a kid again, I would go again.
Avoid eating there and just go for the games 4hrs is good enough to enjoy the park.

There’s never anyone where you need them to be. The games are old and outdated, half of them don’t work. Often times the cards have issues with the credits on them, and the food is disgusting. The kids we were with wanted to play laser tag, but it took 35 minutes for them to get someone to operate it for everyone because they were short of staff.
I don’t recommend this place unless you’re very ratchet and don’t mind paying for overpriced broken games

When we arrived there the lady who was helping us was extremely rude, no smile, snappy and rolled her eyes. When we went on the go karts there was rubber or pieces of tire shreds that flew in the air and hit us while driving… They seemed short staffed and not helpful. Only one employee there was nice to us the entire time. I hope they hire better people and clean up a bit because other than that it is a fun place. Another thing is that their prices are not worth it… Maybe their staff being as rude as they were just made the whole experience terrible…

First time, I went to play miniature golf. The course was average, but nothing to complain about. If you go on a Friday night, it is quite busy and doesn’t help your experience having to wait for the next hole (especially if the party ahead of you has 9 people in it!)
Second visit, arcade games only: A majority of he games were broken and they have not maintained things. There really is no point in dropping money into the arcade. Wasnt as fun as we hoped it would be. Icee machine was out of order too :(
Don’t waste your money at Boomers, unless they decide to fix things. Go to Blackbeards instead. Shorter wait lines, cheaper games, ok snacks (soft pretzel for me).

Nice and very friendly staffs. Played many arcades, mini golf, laser tag, and kart. Pretty fun. But! Mini golf play grounds maybe. should have been more cleaned. Little dirty. My golf ball was stuck between leaves several times. Overall though I had a very positive ex with BOOMERS!

Well, I don’t know about anyone else, but I had a fairly positive experience. I got some free passes for mini golf, so I took my girls to go play. One of the holes was closed for maintenance, but the rest seemed to be in good shape.
After golf we hit the arcade since our free passes also came with free tokens, I will say that the arcade left something to be desired, it was pretty small, and several of the games were not working, But the manager was out on the floor, so when we did have a problem, he helped out right away.
All in all, my kids had a good time, which is what matters. Maybe my opinion on the subject is a bit skewed due to the freeness of the whole thing, but I enjoyed myself as well.

Had a terrible experience. Ordered their most expensive hamburger (w/​potatoes and cheese… almost $ 11 for one combo) and it was AWFUL. Buns were incredibly cold, meat was chewy and tasted like a brick. The fries were bland so I tried to get some ketchup… their tub was out of ketchup. I asked the manager if he could grab some more ketchup. He seemed confused and said that he hopes there’s more ketchup. After being in the back for a while, he comes out and tells me there isn’t any. I asked if he had any salt then, so he brought out a cup of pretzel salt. I just threw my food away. Waste of $ 22.
So we went out to play mini golf. I grabbed one of the score cards, and the box of pencils was empty. I asked if they had any more and they didn’t. The girl behind the counter said the only thing she had was a sharpie, but they found a pen they let us borrow that ended up leaking on me and my back pocket.
The course was awful and tore up around a lot of the holes.
Tons of employees just standing around. I went on a Sunday.
I’m not coming back.

Put in $ 5, got back a card and a point system similar to”$ 4″ worth. Just a heads up, Boomers will ‘steal’ from you through simply smartish marketing that you can recoup by visiting on Tuesdays when you pay simply one price for unlimited everything.

Wow long lines, confusing payment card system, hardly anyone working here on a Friday night. First had to wait forever for golf clubs. The payment card machine was in bad shape. Then my kids had to wait 15 minutes for someone to help us turn in tickets.
It wasn’t even that busy. Just a few folks working here. And I remember the same thing happening about a year ago. Not much has changed.
Don’t waste your time. Go to Chuck-​e-​cheese for games or Blackbeards for mini-​golf instead.

Went for mini golf. This place is a dump and very disappointing! Spent 16 bucks for my daughter and me to play one round. I’m glad she is only eight and didn’t care about the horrible conditions and at least had fun. I will not be back.

Has a lot of stuff for the kids to do. Usually gets busy on the weekends, which means long waits for the go-​karts. Water bumper cars, miniature golf, adult and child go-​karts, and a rock climb. Place is kinda pricey. Can easily spend $ 100.

This is only about the mini-​golf… We went at nite, and the course lighting was TERRIBLE!!! U couldnt even see the hole on most of the holes!!! How are u suppose to aim if u dont know where to aim??? WTF!!! Last time i checked light bulbs arent expensive!!! This is just terrible management!!! We still made the best of it and had fun, but somebody better figure out whats going on at Boomers…

As I look at most of the reviews, they are 2 – 3 years old. Here is a fresh take…
If you can get the Groupon, or other Discount… then this is indeed 4 stars. Otherwise, I just do not want to spend that much money… when there are other places with many coupons.
Having said that… we just got the groupon for a ½ price 1 year season pass for 4 hours of games a day for a year. And four 4 hour all attraction passes for go-​carts, golf, laser tag, water boats, etc…
I preferred Chuck E Cheese for the games, simply because they were newer, clearner, brighter, and only a quarter a pop… and with the coupons available. heck, we could spend an hour there for 10 bucks for both of my boys.
I have noticed that Boomer’s has been gradually adding in newer games. and getting rid of some of the duds. The new dual seat racing car game right in front is awesome.
BOOMER’s Management: NOTE: Keep it up. The other commments about charging so much for old run down games, is NOT working… what you are doing now is. And keep the prices reasonable for us.
I also want to specifically mention an employee Rebecca, as well as the young lady working at the counter. We apparantly did not have the right card issued to us, and when we arrived, could not get our 4 hour time started. Rebecca researched the issue, and here is the EXCELLENT customer service part: She gave each of my boys a 1 hour pass, so they could start playing immediately. HOORAY for you!
All in all, we are happy to have a place to go a few times a week with our passes, and the kids have a great time, while I work online with their free WIFI!

Overpriced and rundown. The mini golf is boring and not well maintained. The pricing is designed to rip you off. Everything costs points, not dollars.
Blackbeard’s is superior in every respect (variety, price, upkeep, ambiance, cleanliness) don’t waste your time or money at Boomers.
