DO NOT RENT FROM THIS BUSINESS!!! All of the reviews are true, I wish I would have read them before I reserved a bounce house and tables. Horrible service, very unprofessional representation, poor quality equipment! ! He scheduled 3 different drop off times and cancelled each, the final time he gave me was by 12pm, I had to keep calling him every hour to see where he was at because he never showed. He finally got there at 3pm, my son’s party started at 2. He still wanted to charge me for a full day. He got there at 3 and was picking it up at 6pm, only 3 hours! I told him I would pay half a day, he said no. He was rude and I had him pack up his stuff. My poor son had to watch all of that, watched him set it up with excitement and then watched him pack it up. This man ruined my son’s birthday party! ! He should be ashamed of himself and should not own a business! BEWARE OF THIS SCAM ARTIST! ! !

BUYER BEWARE!!! I suppose I should have checked Unilocal before ever ordering from them. This place is a total joke. I reserved the water slide a month before my daughters birthday party. They quoted me a drop off and pick up time and we left it at that. The day of the party came and they were nowhere to be found by the end of the two hour window. I called and the man I spoke with said 30 minutes to drop off. I understand things sometimes happen. I was fine with it, until they showed up an hour later than they were supposed to. I knew from that moment they were gonna cheap me out and pick it up early and of course they did. I scrounged for the $ 250 for my daughters birthday and they cheated me out on time. When I brought this up while they were picking up the slide an hour early, the «supervisor» I suppose, started arguing back with me that at least I got the time I did. He was rude. I will never rent from this place again. I don’t recommend you do it either.

ZERO STAR RATING … DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! We were planning our son’s 3^rd birthday party and were having problem finding a Mickey Mouse bounce house that would be available. My wife called and spoke with Juan who said he had a Mickey bounce house available. She told him she would like to reserved bounce house, table and chairs for Saturday. Before she could even to give him details, our address and contact info he was already trying to hang up. Due to unexpected rain we attempted to contact Juan on Friday with question regarding the bounce house. After many failed attempts I was finally able to reach Juan who advised me that the bounce house would be enclosed and to not worry if it should rain.
On Saturday, with only a few hours before the start of the birthday party we had to contact Juan as to what time he would be arriving. He said that we would be arriving within 30 — 45 mins, after waiting over an hour Juan finally arrived. Due to his late arrival we’re not able to inspect the bounce house, tables or chairs as he was unloading & setting up. Once Juan left we noticed that the bounce house was not enclosed as he had promised. Neither was it the red and blue bounce we had requested from their web site, instead they delivered a pink and purple castle that was in poor condition. As we started setting up the tables and chairs we discovered that chairs were completely rusted, the tables were in terrible condition and that one the tables was completely broken. I immediately called Juan and informed him that that I would need to have the broken table replaced as it could not be used in that condition. Juan said «well is it broken or does it just have holes cause I know a lot of out tables have holes but still work»? I informed him that the table was broken and could not be used, he told me that he would be returning shortly with another chair. An hour later as the birthday party was about to start, I attempted to call Juan multiple times and left voice message. Needless to say he NEVER showed or called back.
On Sunday when he arrived to pick up his things I asked him what had happened Saturday? Why he had not answered my calls, why he had forwarded my calls to voice mail, why he had not returned my phone calls or voice mail. Juan said «well the guy said» and then began to mumble about he was running late and not having tables. When I asked him why he didn’t a least call or text me to tell me this, he just shrugged his shoulders. As I continued to voice my complaint regarding the bounce house, tables and chairs he showed no remorse or even attempted to apologized. When I asked him if he had anything to say for himself he just said «no cause I don’t want to argue with you». ARGUE ABOUT WHAT? That you have terrible business practices, that your tables/​chairs are crap, that you false advertise your rental equipment or that your business is a F#CKEN JOKE! I was only able to compose myself because he had his young son with him and I did not want to disrespect his son. Then as his worker was picking the broken table he began to mumble that the table was broken and that it wasn’t this way when dropped off. I explained that Juan was aware of the broken table because I had called Sat to have it replaced but that Juan had just ignored me. His worker then took the table to Juan and began to speak in spanish telling him that the table was broken and that I was not like this before. I completely lost it at that point. I had a few choice words for them both and told the worker that Juan was aware of the broken table and to not accuse me of breaking it. They couldn’t pick up the rest of their crap fast enough after that.
DO NOT USE Big Fiesta Party Rentals! Juan and this business are scandalous; and are just looking to make a quick buck at any cost!

What a joke! This business doesn’t deserve a single star! I reserved a bouncehouse, tables and chairs for my son’s 5^th birthday party. They delivered late and WHAT they delivered was horrible! Old broken down chairs and a bounce house that after an hour didn’t stay fully inflated. We then found several holes that were duct taped! I could cover the different size tables but the chairs were unusable and the bouncehouse was embarrassing, unsafe, and useless! I couldn’t get a hold of the owner that day, he finally answered the following afternoon and said he would look into it but that was the last response I got from him. I would not have paid the full price and not accepted the chairs and tables had I been home when they delivered. I sent the owner pictures and gave him the opportunity to refund some of what we paid, but we have yet to hear back from him. This business is a joke and should be shut down! The owner deserves a class action lawsuit!

Actually this is 0 stars… How else can I put this.
My wife reserved a water slide from them, a MONTH in advanced for my daughters 1^st b day on 4^th of July. They told her it would be delivered before the time the b day start, guess what, we called and no answer… No effort to call us back or anything… Luckily a friend of ours was able to get us one in short noticed. If anyone choose to support this type of business ethics, do so at ur own risk… U have been WARNED!!!

I recently ordered tables and chairs this past Sunday for my sisters birthday bbq. They said they would deliver Saturday night didn’t deliver till two hours before the party on Sunday. Then when it’s time for them to pick up the chairs they didn’t come till two days later. Not only that they hopped our backyard fence unlocked it and proceeded to get their tables and chairs. The problem with this is that my family and I were not home and they did this without our knowledge. We will never ever be doing business with these people ever again

Reserved a bounce house for my daughter’s birthday and Big Fiesta failed to show at the agreed upon time. I realize I am making it sound as though they were late, this is wrong, they never actually showed up. Our girl was devastated. We called to ask where our bounce house was but the person who answered said he would call us back with an estimated time of arrival, we received no such call. We then called repeatedly but no one picked up. We will never be using Big Fiesta and I encourage anyone looking for reliable party entertainment to take your business elsewhere.

Worst business ever!
I was looking for places to rent tables and chairs. Called to inquire prices and some guy answers with «ya?» After giving him information to what I was looking for, he quotes me $ 400 for 100 chairs and 8 table! This place is a joke!
