ZERO stars!!! First of all, the woman answering calls should take an extensive class in customer service! Second, the repair guy that came out to assess our 2yr old Samsung dryer, stayed less than 2 mins, didn’t even bother to open the dryer, just turned it on to hear the noise and MISdiagnosed it to be the motor!!! Luckily for us, the warranty company referred us to another company and they fixed the problem… and it wasn’t the motor!!!
The other reviewer is right! RUN AWAY from this repair service!!! If your warranty company refers this place, ask for another one!!!

Zero stars. The woman who answers calls is a wretched person! The «repair» men do not have a clue what they are doing! They’ve come out FIVE times now and the washer is STILL not working!
This is the warranty company that was purchased with the washing machine!
Run! Call someone else!
