I just called inquiring a quote. The man was very rude and condescending. He first said «what can I help you with, if I can help you», in a very snide voice. Then he told me in order to give me a quote I needed to bring the car in so he could see the problem. He said «I cant see the damage through the phone». He never even gave me a chance to say I could bring it in. I will take my business elsewhere thanks!

Took in a 2001 Honda with one leather seat that was torn up. He matched it up perfectly and had the job when promised. Seat looks as good as new, price was fair — quality of work was outstanding. I would use them again!
