Self defense, karate, and sparring are just some of the skills taught here. The hard working & dedicated Sensei’s are impressive and knowledgeable. You’ve got the best karate dojo in town… go in & give it a try!

AOS is a world class karate school. Mike the Sensai is the best there is. Not only does he teach his student how to become winners. But he teaches displine and how to become winners in life! I recommend this karate school to everyone! My sons grades have even improved! Thank you AOS
